Embarc Dispensary — Attraction in San Bruno

I’m a frequent tourist from NYC and have been searching for a quality dispensary for my San Francisco visits. After several “moon rock” fails I finally found Embarc. Check in takes about 3 minutes and then you’re off to the main room. There a qualified specialist will guide you to a well informed purchase.

I hate “gummi-centric” shops that only cater to dabbling lightweights and CBD cornballs. This is not that place. They have quality flower options for “professionals”.

The store is located less than 3 miles from the airport so it’s a great place to get that last minute smoke on to assure a restful flight. I am a daily, multiple blunt smoker and I can safely say I was blazed like it was high school again! I’m a functional head and found myself in IHOP moments later trying to cut my omelette with a fork and spoon 🤣

The only small critique I’d offer is perhaps an express lane for people that know what they want and don’t need a lengthy consultation. There was an additional wait time to check out, though it was momentarily. Neither of which is huge issue, just nitpicking.

I would thoroughly recommend Embarc to any hardcore smokers. Beware neighboring “smoke shops” as they are operating illegally and shady af. Great job Embarc, y’all are now my official Cali Connect! ✊❤️...

Not really one to leave reviews but need to share how awful this place was to go inside.

For context: I go to this dispo all the time in Redwood City was with my bf in San Bruno so we stopped by this location together.

We walked in all was normal. They checked our IDs.. They answered my man consistently while ignoring the hell out of me. I waited patiently and tried to repeat myself loud enough. I was looked at and ignored repeatedly. I wanted to see a product and was indenting to buy a couple things but left empty handed.

Completely ignored like a ghost. I still can’t comprehend why. Then to make things even more interesting thee female employee accuses my man of having a fake ID?? And then figures out it’s real???

Unprofessional asf. Terrible location. Never had an experience like this won’t be returning. Please treat people with kindness you don’t know what...

This place STINKS and not like weed. The manager is a joke who pretends to be chill but is just out for profit and doesn't actually care about the person's experience with getting the right product. After an employee gave me the wrong product (and admitted it when I came back) and I only discovered once I got home and opened it (because the boxes looked identical when purchasing), I was told that because it was opened there was "nothing they could do" and instead of getting the product I originally purchased I was forced to purchase an entirely different product (but at a BS discount for "their mistake") horrible customer service. I tried one more time to come back since I was told my first 4 purchases would be 30% off after signing up, they told me they "changed the program" and wouldn't be honoring that. BUYER BEWARE I will never spend a dime here again....
