Specialty Tobacco Outlet — Attraction in San Bruno

I walked into this smoke shop around 2:45pm today(3/19/2024) and up one entering the store we was not greeted in a friendly manner by the two gentlemen at the counter instead they were just staring without saying a word. Instead I initiated a greeting first and they greeted back at me.i felt like I was treated this way because of the color of my skin and I felt wrongfully discriminated against. (I’m a black man).moments later two other gentlemen entered the store and was properly greeted. The gentleman looked like vendors who had done business with this store before. The employees also gave hi-fives and cracked jokes with the vendors(which were non black)and treated me like an absolute criminal. I strongly believe the two employees are racist and dislike people of color. I felt extremely violated by the way I was treated and will never visit this...

It's a very fast placed business with 2 cashier's at pretty much all times. Their products are in the average about 15% cheaper overall then elsewhere. Usually there is a line, but it desolves fast as the employees and/or owner moves the customers quickly, with so much merchandise and other recreational elements ahand, there aren't to many "hold ups" to be experienced. Good, clean, decent, bright place. And even smiles seem to come up ...

The little guys in the store are very rude every few times I go in there they make it a big deal if I ask them to scan my scratches when I asked him today he told me if I win the lottery I would know 1st but my question is if you have a machine I’m the back and a customer wants you to do it why even say all of that poor service and I won’t be back and all of that said he never told me if I was a winner or not just gave me the lotto...
