AZ Gallery — Attraction in San Bruno

The individuals and artists managing AZ Gallery are clueless about running an art cooperative / art collective and managing a business.

This storefront has very limited hours to begin with as it's only open every Wednesday to Saturday 12pm to 4pm and is closed from every Sunday to Tuesday.

During a visit few weeks ago, we were told by someone working there that day, that they were going to close early that day at 3:30pm on a Thursday afternoon (we had arrived there after 3pm or so) and after we had just been in the gallery for about 15 mins or so. We had only been able to view a few of the artworks and the artists represented there at this point on that afternoon during our visit. Besides, we had been visiting there from Santa Clara area and it would take us another few weeks before we were planning to be back to the San Bruno area again.

Therefore, we felt to share our experience visiting this art gallery by writing this review, so others can have a better understanding how this is not a welcoming art space and it doesn't have the best interest of the artists that are represented there in mind.

In conclusion, we had found a few of the smaller art pieces of interest, but with the early shutdown time approaching us that day and with the shortage of time for us to make any final decision on an art piece and to think through the art selections we had most liked, we left without making a purchase and not having such a...

That place is AMAZING!! I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! WOW!! YOU HAVE TO SEE IT AND THE ARTWORK CREATED. OH MY GOD! I was not expecting the experience I had when this very special artist gave me a tour, and let me see the most BEAUTIFUL artwork, paintings, drawings, etc These artist are amazing! Thank you so much for inviting me in and showing me something that blew me away.. such beautiful creativity, such talent, so out of this world. I feel so honored. Thank you for what you are doing. I don't even have enough words to describe how wonderful running into you and all the special artist friends...

How am I tired of profiling and judging- let me count the way. But the art pieces are fantastic.

This is getting more and more interesting. Last time I was just followed around by that horrid person in the wheelchair. Today he literally threw me out- he lied and said the gallery was closed....
