The instructors are great. The membership system is why this is not a 5 star - really brings it to one star, if not for the excellent instructors.
Having to send an email to get a membership is ok but the freeze in the membership, and no response through email when trying to cancel a membership but still being charged $25 monthly does not work for me.
There is no follow through and accountability on an email response. There is no next person to escalate to when still getting charged. It is so easy to join (give money) but so difficult to cancel (and not give money).
Currently, I'm still waiting after months with each month thinking that this is the month I'm not going to be charged after sending the cancellation email. But so far, that has not happened. Going in person to try to cancel has to be timed so that I am not interrupting a class.
With this review I am hoping to get the attn of someone to stop charging my acct. It is possible I might have cancelled and rejoined, giving them money again. But the lack of response to cancel makes me not want to have given them my credit card info in the...

The other instructors are also very talented, energetic, encouraging, and supportive. They may vary in teaching style and focus; I find taking classes from different instructors to be complementary. There's a great mix of students, from young working professionals to retired seniors. The equipment is adjustable to individual strength, ability, and physique.
