Three stars this place is new that's why I'm gonna go easy on it but over all this place was a disappointment I had been waiting for it to open since it was announced and we'll I can say I didn't miss much the food menu is pretty small we started with the carnitas papas it was super dry very minimal cheese sauce had to ask for more and then to top it off the carnitas meat was very dry very lacking of sauce salsa etc then we got the taco trio plate to include a shrimp taco, fish taco, and arachera taco the shrimp taco and fish taco we're ok but would have been better with lime none of the seafood came with limes which was shocking or offering of salsa then the enchiladas suiza was lacking dry, shrimp was very fishy and same thing no lime no salsa also for the price you would think it would come with beans and rice but nope just two enchiladas so that was a shocker but overall this place is just lacking like I say it is brand new opened a week ago but still not sure I would give it another chance drinks we're ok for a mixology bar I would say best part is the decor and ambience and the tortillas that were home made other then that there are many options at the sky deck and as of right now I wouldn't recommend this place over the many...

Came here to meet up with a few friends at the brewers deck and ordered from the QR code for Urbana. The hostess brought up the order upstairs and after opening up the bag, we found that the wagyu sliders were not in the bag. So I came downstairs to speak with the hostess and the manager, and both accused me of lying. They said the sliders were in the bag and they clearly were not. I asked them to walk upstairs and check all the boxes to see that they did not include the sliders. The manager was rude and unaccommodating. He acted as if I was incompetent and inconveniencing him for simply making sure the food I paid for is what I receive. Once he agreed to remake the order, he asked for my phone number so I can come downstairs to pick up my order. This wouldn't be an issue, however I had paid a $10 service fee for them to bring my order to the table. I already had to leave my friends to correct the situation for an extended period, I asked if he could bring it up. He said he didn't have record of where I was sitting when I had the receipt in my hand and handed it to him. After this whole experience, I am incredibly disappointed by the poor customer service I received, and would not recommend this...

This is located in the sky deck where there are several restaurants and food carts under one roof, it's pretty cool. It feels very european market, bustling vibe. They even have DJ's playing later on the weekends. Urbana has Great decor with a big calavaras mural, the staff were awesome. The drinks were great! The food was delicious, but oddly spicy, I couldn't finish my tacos (which is odd for me). The easier got an order wrong and said they could bring it back to the kitchen unless someone wants it (an extra taco) someone claimed it. And they ended up charging us for it. We had a big group and ate outside for our friend's birthday. Our friends had a cake made from a dessert vender in the sky deck, along with macarons to accommodate for various food allergies. On top of the over $500 bill, Urbana charged $2 per person cutting fee. They didn't cut the cake, we did, and not everyone had cake, it was weird and tacky to charge that on top of the mistake order, especially when we gave them so much service. The bill included the tip, which we would have added more on top of, but given the stingy service, we didn't. Bummer... Maybe not the best place for a big group. Good ambience and...

Loved the atmosphere. The food was good. I got the arrachera taco, pork belly taco, elote and I was craving a michelada (margarita and beer)… when I saw that they had a Michelada I immediately order that. What I wasn’t told by the under 21-year-old server, is that it’s not your typical Michelada. I do not blame her, but I would think in the future it would be great to make sure your customers know there’s a difference. This one is served with side of seasonings. I believe there is Worchester sauce, something spicy in it. So you’re supposed to add this into your beer. I was not a fan I took a few sips, but I left it. I really enjoyed the pork belly taco and the Elote the steak taco was OK. I do believe that the prices are a little higher than they should be for what you get. I’m sure because of the location and area that it’s located in that is part of the reason the prices are that way. I really wanted to try it, so I’m glad I did. I may be back in the future and maybe will try different tacos but I will know not to get any alcoholic beverage unless it’s a regular margarita

Genuinely the WORST burrito I've ever had in my life. I did not realize it was even possible to screw up a burrito to the extent that they did. It is clear that it is trying to be "fancy" or trying to reinvent the wheel to a certain extent, however when multiple bits of meat in the $20 (I am embarrassed that I spent this much on this) are not even edible due to being either hard or just plain fat, it is clear that focusing on the basics is what is needed before expanding into new territory. Also I was the only one sitting at the bar outside of one other person at the other end, so you would think that they would be checking in on a consistent basis, or have a good conversation with the bartender. However, the bartenders/waiters seemed more interested in talking to their buddies/coworkers and doing other stuff that was not related to serving the customer while I was there and took no interest in making sure my visit was good. If you want food that is photo worthy, this is the place for you, but if you want a burrito that actually tastes good RUN to somewhere else.

It was a nice restaurant in an affluent area. We got there after lunch and before dinner rush and we were told we have to wait to be seated-no problem, but the entire dining room was empty and there were only people at 2 small tables on the balcony- we ended sitting in the same area. Good thing there was a break in the rain. It took almost 30min to get our food and drinks ordered, then we lost track of time once our apps and drinks were served. I'll say they had their own flair to their food and presentations, but not much authentic tradition in the foods. It was potions were decent but prices too high matched the area nd ambience, but not the food itself.
