The baseball / softball fields by the dog park are a little rough and they aren't maintained as well as they should be, the batters box gets dug out so bad that you're standing in a crater, the outfield has big dips and mounds of weeds, bugs like crazy on hot days to where it's hard to focus, but the worst thing of all is both fields share one outfield fence... which means one ball field is shaped normal but the other one is shaped wit the fenve curving inward which creates this massive section in left field and if a batter can hit the ball just right and a little over left fields head to burn them... you don't even have to attempt to run run to get an in the park homerun because the ball just keeps going down this stupid part of the field and there's no chance in throwing it from way out there to anywhere near close to...

I am such a fan of this park, I rarely go to the 3 that are much, much closer. It is closed for maintenance on...

They have no activities there I am interested in and, when I approached them about using a room for a public class, they presented hurdles. Also, I don't find the people who work there particularly friendly, though I wouldn't go so far as to call them rude. Overall, the only part of the rec center I enjoy is the swimming pool. The staff there are always friendly and, even though the place could certainly use some upgrades, it remains a convenient place to swim in the...
