La Casa De Las Pinatas — Attraction in San Diego

I ordered a Winnie the Pooh pinata two weeks before my party so they had plenty of time to make it. I go to pick it up when they say it should be ready and they don't have any recollection or receipt that we ordered anything at all so I give them my receipt and they say it isn't there. They said it's at their warehouse and that they should be bringing it soon, just to give them an hour. Okay... I waited and called back an hour later and they say it still isn't there and they lady is going to go pick it up herself from the warehouse. I wait some more and call again and he says she's on her way back and we can pick it up soon. He calls us and says it got squished by another pinata so the woman is going to fix it before we pick it up. We ask how long it's going to take and he says he's not sure because the glue has to dry as well. We just tell him we'll pick it up the next day and when we get it, it does not look ANYTHING like Winnie the Pooh. See the picture. It's ridiculous... I wouldn't recommend this place. I think they just forgot about our pinata and made one over night. It's sad. They didn't even offer any money off or something extra for all...

If you’re looking for a place for your “ Fiesta de Cumpleaños “ “Quinceañera “ or just craving Mexican Candy , they have it all , candies , piñatas , gifts and if you have a particular superhero or super heroine they can do it if you give them at least 15 days , they already have the main kids characters like hulk ,Spider-Man, iron man and all the princess , so if you need a Piñata this is the best place specially if you want a specific design .. we order a Ladybug 🐞 character, unfortunately by the time we had it , our kid already grow out of it 😄 . Did I mention the Mexican Candy ? also is not...

The employee helping everyone was very nice and courteous. She was helping multiple families at once and still very polite and not at all flustered. The owner was such a nice lady. Prices are fair. They have a huuuge selection of piñatas ready to go but it looks like the back area is her workshop to make piñatas also.
