Came back from Overseas (Guam) to visit home before going to my next duty station and my family told me I "had to try them!" So, i followed them on Instagram and lemme tell you, they got some good looking menu items. I grew up eating filipino and mexican food because of my mixed family. Tried the Pacman burrito and my wife had carne asada tacos with an horchata. The burrito was massive, and that wasnt even the grande size one either! It was the length of my forearm and im a somewhat big guy and i could not finish it, i struggled half way through and had to take the rest to go. The tocino gave it that much more flavor. My wife enjoyed her tacos, their salsa bar options were all good too. Place was clean and the cashier/server was polite as well. Props to the cooks, staff and cleanliness of the place. I'll be coming back to try something else, maybe a bacon wrapped burrito before we leave again in a few weeks! 5/5 would recommend! For the portion, taste and price, you cant beat it! No wonder they got multiple spots and even a location...
Read moreI have been a customer since they opened. The pac man Burrito has been amazing. All of the food has been amazing up until the last few months. I preach about these burritos to my friends and coworkers. We send picks and ig stories to each other about how big and glorious the burritos are but the last few months the burritos and especially the customer service has taken a big dive down. I called in a order 2 weeks ago to substitute tots, and they told me they don't offer that at this location. The pac man is good, but honestly, I would spend my money elsewhere until the customer service and price level out. $20 for a burrito i can adjust to but when the size and customer service dwindles, im out. There are plenty of saigon delis in the area I would rather spend my money at. The burritos are getting smaller, still big but not what they where when they first opened. Seriously what happened? This place was amazing. I had hope but I think this location will falter like the previous attempts at...
Read moreFirst, we were getting death stares from the patrons. I didn't think this part of Santee still had race relations issues but apparently it does.
The lady at the front was delightful and welcoming though. My son wanted to come here because he saw it on Tic Tok. My carne asada burrito was so good, my niece bean burrito was so good. My son ordered Pacman fries (or whatever it was) with no sour cream because he doesn't like it and is lactose intolerant.
The cashier looked at the food & sent it back telling the cook in Spanish no sour cream & even showed him the receipt. He started arguing with her over it but ultimately made it over.
We got home, my son started eating, everything on top was good. He stuck his fork in to get a bite of everything & apparently, the cook put new food on top but didn't remake the fries. The whole thing had sour cream. Nobody wanted the fries so that was over $20 in the garbage. Instead, I gave my son the other half of my burrito. The experience was disappointing...
