came her a few weeks ago, got a short full set of nails price was ok, some nails were crooked. the people were really nice overall but what did not sit right with me was was we were finishing up the lady doing my nails told me the price and then said “are you leaving tip cash?” as if i was obligated to give a tip. i don’t mind giving a tip, in fact i was already going to give her one but the fact that she asked me this and then said “if you don’t have cash for tip, you can zelle me too” like girl what. that made me want to give a tip even less. it is NOT an obligation… i understand that as a society jobs don’t pay a lot but the entitlement was crazy. i would NEVED ask someone that and put them on the spot that. i did leave a tip, after all the other lady who rung me up ALSO said if i had cash for tip. i wont be coming back, i prefer humble people. coming from a former server, we need to free ourselves from the feel of entitlement of tipping. they are very much appreciated but...

I used to love coming here because some of the girls do terrific work. I tip well too ($15-$20 every time) so this is really a shame. Last time I went, they gave me some type of toe infection and the lady was really lazy with the work. They also don’t listen, insist on other colors and services, and simply just give whatever service they feel like in pursuit of money. Every color we pick, we’re told, “No use this color, it’s brighter” and regardless of how many times you say no and express which color you’d like… they are pushy and won’t listen. My mom went in last week and asked 3 times for a simple nail color change (nothing else) and they went ahead and pushed the full pedicure on her. The woman kept saying, “we need to remove the dead skin” but that’s not what my mother wanted. This place really needs to figure out how to listen to their customers.
