Update: 08/18/25 Very dry, tan, brown & crisp, but still Cattails in creek bed bring Dragonflies, butterflies. Fewer hawks. Now you can see through the trees along creek. Be careful about fire, to keep hydrated, and rest in shade.
06/05/25 Field flowers slowing. Creek slowing/low. Coyote in mist. Some flowers. Many baby bunnies🐇,🐿️Squirrels to🌳. Drying trail & grasses. Seen Big Blue heron recently, still red shoulder, sharp shined hawks, maybe cooper.
