Lin sold her business 6 months ago. I found this out when I called to make an appointment and talked to what sounded like a Caucasian male business owner. I went ahead and booked with one of "the original staff," he sold me on someone name May who had been there for a long time.

My guts told me something was off because of his vibes but I showed up for my appointment, on time, and the first person who greeted me didn't speak English. She was this larger sized lady and when I said I was there for my appointment with May, she looked at me funny and then walked away to the sink. This led me to believe that it wasn't her. Then, a different lady emerged and led me to a room, who I assumed was this elusive May I am looking for. She asked if I have been there before, I replied, no first time here, and she gave instructions to lay down. There I laid and waited for 10 minutes before my masseuse came in. I knew this because they took so long so I went on my phone. It doesn't take that long to take off your clothes and climb on a bed... Not sure why there was such a long queue but I figured that they would honor the full 90 mins massage that I booked.

I thought the second lady was May, but turned out, it was the first lady who walked away from me when I asked her if she was May.

Anyway, no biggie, I am open to a good massage by anyone.

Long story short, this was one of the worst massage I've ever gotten. This person must've been new or newer, not a well experienced pro. They started me off with rubbing me with cold scratchy dollar store towel. It was a mediocre massage and I have had way better. A larger size masseuse needs to be "mindful" of their uh, voluptuous body parts, when they're working on the individual, which this person did not. The massage started at 3:40 and ended 4:56pm. She didn't even tried to go to 5pm! This was a 76 mins massage but I had booked and regrettably paid for a 90 mins.

So I feel ripped off and I will never be coming back here. The new ownership and lack of management has led to this type of unprofessional business practices. Since this woman, whatever her name is, didn't speak English, there was no point in me disputing with her when it was payment time so I just let it go but be warned if you come here.

What a stressful and terrible experience for a "spa"...

I couldn't be happier to have found this hidden gem! I scheduled an hour appointment with Lin a few days prior to the massage. The Woman who answered the phone was very friendly and sincere. She was helpful in explaining the type of massages they offer, what I can expect for the session, and matching me up with the right massage therapist for my needs. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lin and the staff. Everyone was warm and friendly, showing me to the room. Lin came in a moment later, getting started right away. She did ask me if I've had any injuries but I can't recall her asking where my troubled areas where, I soon found out that it wasn't necessary. Lin skillfully found all of the areas that needed extra attention. I couldn't always tell if she was using her hands, feel elbows, knees, forearms, she'd transition from one to another so quickly! Until this massage, I haven't been able to find anyone who can apply enough pressure for my liking. Lin is very knowledgeable and skillful in her art. I arrived tight as a knot and left nice and limber. I plan on having monthly sessions at the Thai Massage Clinic to help achieve...

It is sad how low this place has fallen since Lynn sold it to the new guy - who has gone thru few busloads of low level masseuses and who takes zero pride and ownership in supervising and listening to clients' feedback. Even stopped replying to calls and texts, relinquished everything into the hands of these untrained, inarticulate, uncommunicative masseuses. Must be busy writing fake reviews, just scroll below, how many are done by masseuses themselves, how many Thai names can you see? Massages are below any quality bar, communication doesn't exist, except when they announce "Finish" after just 50 minutes.
