Purchased a new phone and ordered an almost $300 accessori, had it shipped to my apartment and noticed in store my apartment number wasn't added. Informed the manager Alberto that there was a mistake. He told me he added the number and it would be fine. The product shipped to the wrong address. Went in to inform them I never received product and they acted like it was my fault it didn't show up even after the store manager said he made the mistake. Now it's been a month and I still have not received any product. I have to literally walk in to find out what's going on at which time I'm always told it's on its way but no tracking number or any information is given to me. At this point I have no idea if I'll ever get the projector I ordered of if I'm just out of the money I spent. Worst...
Read moreI recently went in to have an Iphone activated. I was helped by a nice woman at the store. The reason for the 2 stars is during the activation process I noticed that she added "Equipment Protection" without ever asking me first. Keep in mind I was activating a $100 Iphone 6 for my daughter. When I noticed what she had done I asked her to please remove that so I don't have to call Verizon at a later time to have them remove it. She assured me that she had removed it. Of course I get the bill and the equipment protection charges are on there. And of course I had to call Verizon and sit on hold to get them removed. The reason I took the time to write the review is because I'm almost certain she did that to get some sort of compensation/commission...

But then the sales person told me that a deal was available for my home internet since I was buying a phone -- with absolutely "no catches" -- and that it would cost significantly less than what I was paying now. What he failed mention is that the new internet router would cost $400 and that he was going to add a business phone to the for another $300 (for no reason and without telling me).
