This little center shares a parking lot between H Mart, 24-hour Fitness, and Applebees. The gas station is somewhat in this "center," but they have fenced themselves off, so it doesn't look like they are.
Islands Restaurant is currently boarded up (including the parking area as well), but they will eventually be something new in the future. Construction is pending, which unfortunately doesn't help with the parking situation.
During peak hours, parking can be limited. The parking lot could have been constructed a little better, but Kearney Mesa/Clairemont doesn't understand the concept of parking. At least you don't have to parallel park, double park, and park in a weird corner that will be equally difficult to get out of later or park a couple blocks around the corner.

Two carts become very cramped in the aisles. Other than that i really enjoy going there just - i shop little at a time instead of a full on grocery spree (to avoid cart usage).
