I've been involved in fitness for half my life. I've seen a lot of gyms. I've used quite a few trainers. The thing I find most unique about this gym is the sense of family- there's a tremendous amount of support and positivity. There's a variety of trainers (and playlists), but they are all knowledgeable, motivational and kind. They genuinely care, want to help and it's fun getting to know them- they all bring something to the table and have unique teaching styles. I really like how they focus on nutrition- they provide both sides of the equation for fitness. They also keep things interesting and continually shock the body with different workouts every week. Huge cardio focus one week. Heavy lifting the other. I also like the fact that they cycle muscle groups so you can go many days in a row. There's a variety of class times throughout the day and classes are offered 7 days a week. While I definitely could get a good workout at the gym, I wouldn't be having such fun, I wouldn't have the structure I need to stay accountable, I wouldn't be meeting all these great people, and I wouldn't be able to keep it as fresh and variable on my own. That's the service this community provides- challenge, support, validation, structure accountability, knowledge and a hard core attitude. I've only been a member about 38 days now but I've made huge strides to get back into shape and I've met some great people. Give it a shot. You get 5 days in a row free. Read moreTy is a jokester, but doesn't play when it comes to working out and will make sure you feel it. Chris won't bother you if you're doing the exercises properly, but is attentive if you need help. Justice believes if you can do the exercise too easily the weight isn't heavy enough. You leave his class cursing him out in a good way. Coach D is the cup of coffee you need in the morning. Even when he's tired he's full of energy and it keeps you going. Nico... I don't see him enough, but the couple times I did his workouts they're on point. Austin shows us he has strong abs by making us suffer in his warm ups. It's a good thing. Sam doesn't play in fight camp and I love it. I learned I have no coordination when it comes to punches. I feel like I missed one, but I probably never worked out with them. Daysi, Gabby, and Janae are sweethearts and it's always great to see them. And I look forward to being at HCF...
Read moreI recently joined this week and am in week 1 of the challenge. I really like the education of nutrition that goes along with the workouts. The staff is welcoming, the trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and some are competitors. I like the availability of class times which for a working mom helps to get it in when I need to. My ass is getting served here (in a good way) 😂😉 I came from a different gym and it was hard to leave but this place fits my schedule more and I appreciate the accomodation. I would drop a star for parking because it is a tough lot to find a space at times, but that really isn't the gym's fault. This is a great fitness community.
