Don’t buy from there bedbugs and over priced for better quality and same or better. Jauair & Serigo Pina is a theft and a liar. In 2/21-10/25 has delivered bed bug and magets furniture charging me $3,500.00 for a queen size bed room set and did not deliver the two end tables . I told Serigo to please return the furniture and he would not and he said he doesn’t care that I had bedbugs and everyone was complaining about it that he is selling bedbugs infested furniture my apartment was renovated the whole complex was renovated there’s wax no roaches rats in my apartment prior and when I moved back in and Ihe knew that I was going to move because of the breaks ins and was supposed to give me another set once I move I had to throw everything out my clothes from sports wear. Summer wear underwear business clothes church clothes shoes everything and I didn’t think it was happening never had this problem and I started noticing brown spots on my white rug in my bedroom and I though it out I had breathing problems had to go to the hospital serveral times because of this bites on my feet. I also purchased a living room set for $1500 and which included a two piece couch end table and black panther glass table his delivery person cracked the black panther toe and the coach color was wrong and had a stain on it I wanted black and white Serigo sent light pink and black and a dirty carpet I did not want this too immediately had bedbugs this is in November 2021. I requested my money back and the removal of the living room set he had his delivery workers to pick it up.Sergio refused to return my money I said Sergio all the furniture is bad because in 2021 i was still having bedbugs because the furniture was still there a mirror dresser head board foot board tall dresser and tried to remove myself and broken the mirror dresser and other items has bedbugs magets smeared all there the furniture and I told Serigo and he said he doesn’t care and I’m not getting my money back and I said you are a thief and also no pest control treatment worked I tried foggers nothing worked and I moved from there and was searching for a fresh new apartment finally found one and again Serigo workers delivered the wrong items and they refused to return the items which his worker put bedbugs on the furniture glass diamond fireplace in my new apartment which is a new building and tried to deliver me the same old rug from 2021 I said get it out I don’t want it and I told Serigo I was not be living what he did he said so what sue me I tried to give him serveral opportunity on the other items to fix each mattress had bedbugs and weed smoke and those items immediately had bedbugs from chalice charties paid for $1403 just two items I paid $3,700 and gotten only $1,000 dollars back which is $2700 had to throw away because infestation started I still don’t have any furniture Philip said just give him chance to assist me I don’t have a ty nothing bearly any clothes . I’m going to the renters right meeting at the end of the month to express this to them and I had stayed away from my family due to the bedbugs infestation and he did not deliver the table to me he said he wasn’t I demanded all of my money back plus he said again sue me your not going to win. I even had my auntie come to the store and talk to him he told the judge in open court lied and said she was not a real social worker she is and he is a liar. I went to court and pray the judge see this which is a shorter version what I submitted but the truth . I moved to a new apartment no one lived here before I’m the first one and he new before 2 weeks in advance to deliver my furniture on my move in date he took 60 days and only delivered 2 items and never was returning my call I picked out my bedroom set and all of a sudden it’s sold out no more and it’s October. I walked in looking for to purchase a bed and vanity set (Thursday afternoon) for my new room at their new location in the 2949 mission street area, when I was greeted inside with a young woman name Nancy. She was kind enough to show me her options and recommendations to buy the perfect bed and vanity. She gave me decent price ranges but again I wanted something affordable and reasonable. As a consumer and costumer I tried to negotiate a price and thought I had my mind made up on a price we both agreed for the bed. I let her know that it was a deal but suddenly she started to raise up the price to something completely different. I kid you not she gave me 3 diffrent prices each time! At this point I was not satisfied and started to get upset. My mother, who had came along was excited to buy me my very own vanity and so she went ahead and bought me one (had to place an order for that). I was too upset that I didn't even took a good look at it and agreed it was fine. She told my mom that it will arrive in Monday by 2pm. Monday comes along, I called around 2:30pm and let them know about the delivery, she tells me that because we told her that we wanted a bed as well she was waiting for us to tell her that we didnt want to purchase the bed after all.(clearly thats why we didnt walk out buying one). After that small miscommunication my mother personally went to the store on Wednesday and told her that the vanity was the only thing we wanted. (but wait there's more..) I called Nancy for a confirmation date of when and time of delivery of my vanity she let me know that by Thursday around 4pm-6pm will be the time of delivery. I waitied patiently and finally it was 5pm and NO DELIVERY OR CALL. I called for the 100th time and I asked her where was my delivery at this point because I felt like I was going back and forth with her. She acted surprised as she got the news and called the delivery people to see where were they and, would give me a call back...
30 MINUTES LATER I don't get a call from her but the delivery people! (talk about being professional) Well since I couldn't tell her myself over the phone I let them know that if I don't get my damn vanity I WANT a FULL REFUND because its been too long and inconsistent on her side. They basically had me know that they were in a delay and will arrive Friday afternoon...

Read moreThe furniture itself was great quality, however.. I ordered on Sept 28.. didn’t receive until mid October- that’s when I discovered it had to be assembled. I’ve never bought furniture I had to assemble before but anyways, that probably makes up for the affordable prices. Everything except My whole kitchen set wasn’t delivered or my rug. Just finally received my kitchen set Nov 5th with a completely different rug that had been wet and starting to turn brown on 1 end- WOW and to top it all off, my table set was missing screws. Only enough to put together 3 chairs. Of course it was a Saturday that we decided to assemble so it sat against the wall. Made a call Monday and was told my new parts will be delivered plus a different rug this coming Friday . The lady I spoke with was very professional and quick to get me assistance and even sent me some pics of new rugs. This is the longest most complicated and inconvenience (my kids still don’t have a dinner table to eat on for over a month now) I’ve ever went through for furniture. I love my furniture though and the quality is awesome. I just won’t order so many items at once next time because that’s where the problems...
