First time seeing this market and wanted to check out a coffee truck. We had our leashed dog with us and turned into the farmer’s market after our walk. Multiple vendors had already started packing up and there were literally less than 30 customers left in the whole two streets they blocked off. We didn’t see any signs regarding their pet policy either, because the sign had been taken down on one side because the farmer’s market was ending in 30 minutes and we also saw three other dogs who were inside the farmer’s market area so we decided to head towards the truck and had already passed multiple friendly dogs and walked through half of the farmer’s market when a rude short haired female organizer at the middle booth begins to shout multiple times at us from afar to get out. Dogs are allowed on the sidewalk behind the stalls but not allowed on the inside where you would be walking and purchasing things. They’ll actually come scold you if you are inside with your dog. I was told to tie him up on the outside while I walked around...uh not leaving my dog unattended thank you. Anyways, makes no sense to me and I’ve been to many markets around SF that allow dogs so if they can allow it no sure why this one can’t?! Also I witnessed ‘’security’’ tell a 5 year old he was not allowed to ride his tricycle and must walk along side it because it was a safety hazard. He was slowly riding it along his dad who was walking. I laughed inside my head as I’ve never seen anyone get run over by a 5 year old on a tricycle. I think they need to relax a bit and just let people...
