I hope to give them a zero star if google allows me to. The auction house is totally a scam from the very beginning. I won a painting from them for a $25,000. It turns out that the painting is a PRINT upon examination, and has a exact same version in one of the museum in China (obviously the original). Going back to the original listing on their website, they intentionally avoid detail zoom-in shots so that it looks like a decent hand painted painting! They refused to refund and made no mention of the fact it is PRINT! DON'T...
