Creed Boutique Valley Fair — Attraction in San Jose

Visited the store yesterday and I have to give an honest review on the employees. The lady attending to me and my friends was really rude towards this. Instead of welcoming us into the store, she asked a question “Do you wear Niche?”

My friends and I were dumbfounded and felt insulted by such remarks made by her. We weren’t sure whether to say yes or no. If we said no, we worried that they would chase us out of the store for wasting their time.

Another worry is that, if we say yes, they might try any ways to persuade us to make a purchase before leaving the store. So, we replied, we are just going to look around and proceeded to look at their lineup. She kept on asking us if we wear niche multiple times until we gave in and said “yes, we wear MFK.” And that initiated her to treat us nicely.

I’m not sure if this is the standard of every Creed store but I just hope that they will treat their customers with respect and not judge us based on our age, looks, and outfits.

Terrible service btw, won’t be visiting any Creed Boutique. Might as well visit Nordstrom where they know how to treat their customers...

went last weekend and Peter was amazing!!! his customer service is excellent,professional but also knows how to bond,relate and connect with customers.if he isn’t a lead/manager already he should be! i came in not knowing if i wanted something and Peter helped me find exactly what i was looking for but also didn’t make me feel like i was pressured to buy something which is what i love when i walk into stores; glowing personality and i’ve never been offered water in a store befor,Peter knows how to treat his customers and make them feel special,very knowledgeable and not to mention i had forgotten my samples in the store and he went out of his way to send me a text (from work phone)saying that i forgot them (luckily i was still in the mall) he’s very inclusive as he found the next fragrance my girlfriend wants to get that fit her just perfectly. He is the type of employee that is 100% a leader and gives his all to what he does!! Give this man a raise he knows how to do...

Due to my upcoming birthday, I wanted to spoil myself by finding a great perfume for myself. My daughter and I went shopping for Rose scent perfumes around Santana Row and Valley Fair area. We went to a total of 7-9 stores altogether.

I rarely, almost never left any reviews on Google Businesses. But today after being assisted by Peter, I was amazed with his excellent customer service! A lot of people in this industry do not understand that customer service is what leaves behind an everlasting impression. Peter was so passionate and knowledgeable about perfumes. He’s a great listener and helped offered a lot of suggestions. The warm, joyful and professional personality truly helps make customers feel welcomed and comfortable while shopping in the store.

Of all the places we visited, my daughter said that her favorite perfume comes from the Creed boutique. Please come check out this store and ask for Peter if you need help. You won’t be...
