Le Labo — Attraction in San Jose

My Le Labo experience was wonderfully amazing! The store manager Danny welcomed me with a big smile and showed me special City Exclusive collections (2/24/2022). He was very patient and let me smell whatever I wanted, and told me to come back with an extra scarf or something to spray on and smell it at home. It was great advice, for the home fragrance I wanted to buy has no sample available. So I've sprayed to my glass cleaner cloth, my tablet sleeve, and now my tablet smells very nice! I've spent almost 1 hour at Le Labo Santana Row,  I'm so happy that Le Labo came to my neighborhood, no long distance drive needed to visit the San Francisco store or visit the New York store. It was the best learning experience too, for Danny kindly taught me how to use the room fragrance and other fragrance information as a professional advisor. And Le Labo discount is loyalty discount, you will get a huge refill discount (20%) on 50ml and 100ml bottles. No Black Friday deals, but i like the way they show appreciation and treat long time customers nicely. Also Le Labo fragrance lasts longer on me compared to other company's, such impressive good quality! And there is a big formula fridge in the Lab space, they make your fragrance in front of you. I really like this because other brands do not disclose preparation or expiration  dates.  I think that's why they are expensive, but I'm happy to find what I was looking for.

Today I've visited again (3/3/2022) and Liza welcomed me and kindly answered all questions. Both Danny and Liza are very friendly, great customer connection, never push you to buy now. Liza advised me to smell the scent strips at home and come back, for I  love both Calone 17 and Figue 15, but couldn't buy both right now. I never thought I would leave a review about a fragrance company regarding an in-store interaction, but I had the most pleasant experience today at this Santana Row location. I was greeted by Robert, and I expressed to him that I had never been in a fragrance store before nor have I ever tried Le Labo fragrance. I was recommended this brand from my best friend who swears by it. Robert was personable, welcoming, and extremely friendly and made me feel at ease without pressuring me to buy anything. That speaks volumes when you’re considering purchasing a somewhat expensive item. Not only did I fall in love with one of the fragrances, but this manager-client interaction will solidify my commitment to returning to not only the store but also this brand for the indefinite future. Jos provides the absolute best customer service I've ever had. She's by far the kindest, sweetest, and most understanding person ever. She's so knowledgeable about all the different notes in all the scents and gives amazing nee recommendations based on what you have liked and not liked. I've bought bergamote 22, another 13, matcha 23, and other body products from her and honestly because of her walkthroughs in explaining the different scents and top/base notes.
