lululemon — Local services in San Jose

My first time came in to visit the store. I was curious about the hype of most women sporty and non sporty, slim and overweight, are wearing this brand everywhere everyplace. I tried one on, and find it's comfortable like any other average leggings on market. It's similar to the one at anthropology I got many years ago for 15bucks, and not more special than h,&m brand that cost less than 20. About quality? Sure it's feel soft, cozy and may last years, just like other good brands, except price is a rip off to me as it's not italian made but made in vietnam. Like any luxury brand, lululemon try to make their name big to get money. But sorry, I pay a LV, a Gucci, even I am silly doing it, but not over a hundred dollars for a leggings that doesn't make me look any different as I am already thin and sporty. I called this store from Illinois because I knew they had the jacket I needed. I needed it to be overnighted, and they were glad to do that. But, the FedEx computer system was down, so the store manager had to take it to a FedEx drop off location to get it out on time! Way beyond the usual task of packing it up and calling FedEx to pick it up! Everyone I spoke with at the store was amazingly helpful, kind, and understood what I was needing without saying it multiple times. The manager called me back to say she had dropped it off and it would be at my house by noon tomorrow. Thank you for helping me so much. I am from New Jersey, but I actually ordered something over the phone from this store that was out of stock online. When I received it, it still had the security tag on it. I contacted the store and Caitlin, the manager, reached out to me by email and apologized for the mistake. She sent me a free label to send back the leggings with the security tag off of it and shipped it back to me promptly. When I got the package back, she gifted me an align tank for free for my troubles and left a nice note as well. She was so helpful during this process and even though she did not have to gift the align tank, it shows how much she/this company care about customer service....
