Pro Nail Art — Attraction in San Jose

I would give this place no stars if I could. I took my niece to get her a kids mani and pedi with a full set for me. At first it started off ok. The lady told me it would be $20 for my niece so I sat her in the chair then went to the lady at the front on the left when you first come in. She started off nice trying to make conversation. She barley filed my nails before starting to put on tips. The tips she put on are to small for my nail beds. I try not to say to much because some nail techs know what they are doing. So I looked over at my niece and noticed the lady was already painting her nails without them being soaked, filed or anything. I thought to myself, maybe they don't do that for kids. A woman walked in and asked the lady doing my nails for a pedicure. The lady doing my nails hopped up and took the acrylic powder to another lady and told me she would finish my nails. How rude! I told her that was rude, I was there first and I did not want to move. She tried to convince me but I would not budge. She went and got the powder back and continued to do my nails. This time she was very rude and was rushing and snatching my hand the whole time. She was careless and it was uncalled for. She also kept trying to get me to get gel. I literally had to explain to her 7 times that I did not want or like the gel polish. She then told me I should because if I did not it would take to long. What? it's my decision and I don't want it. My nails look terrible and I will never go there again. that place is garbage and everyone in there except 2 ladies look like they are not happy to be there and don't want to work. I sat there and watched them make fun and laugh at a couple. It's horrible and I definitely don't recommend this...

I have been going to this place for a while for my manicure and pedicure But for last few times these ladies really disappointed me One time lady on table # 10 gave me 2 cuts during the manicure And the second time other lady on table 6 used the two different colors for mani/pedicure when i told her to use the same color. So when i asked her to fix it than the lady on table 1 jumped in and said yes we will fix it but i have to pay extra for that.😡 Thats it never going to this place again .. after paying $65 for the service one of the nail break...

Be careful of price gouging. I learned today that I was unnecessarily being charged for two services (refill and gel), when in fact I should have only been charge for one.

Also, during my last visit, the gel coat they applied started to peel off the very next day. I went back for a repair, which I was not charged for, and that application came off also. I will not go back to this salon. Too bad because up until now, I would have thought...
