Where to start?! The apartments – nicely finished with good sized rooms and layout with a galley style kitchen.

We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a decent sized balcony and…. Indoor Laundry! It’s nice, quiet with a secluded feel. We like it, but it’s ultimately a personal preference thing.

The complex itself is roomy and nobody really overlooks anyone else. We aren’t all squished together. Nice! The grounds are well kept with flowers, trees and something you don’t always get – tranquility. It’s peaceful here!

Security – we both feel safe here. The residents seem to look out for each other in a real community spirit. There is evening security who really do make sure they are seen doing their job while not being obtrusive.

The Management The complex changed owners (mid 2016) and with them came a new Management Team. Firstly, the previous owners (Hidden Willows) Mgt Team of Kari, Jessica, Jnr & Co. did a fantastic job and were very much respected and loved. Ownership transitions can be tough and emotional for everyone involved as well as being a little stressful for the residents.

So let’s talk about the New Management Team as they are running the show now. They are friendly, attentive, professional and are REALLY TRYING to develop a better community. They have well thought out and presented Community Events which really add to the ambience and neighborhood feel. Communication is excellent and they really do care about the community.

Site and Apartment maintenance – the team are really prompt at fixing things and very pro-active in stopping problems before they start. In short, the “new” Terra Willow Glen Team are, from our experience, doing a fantastic, awesome, amazing job.

Now, some of you may have read things about “the street people” around the Race / Parkmoor area. Sure, there are Street People here and a lot of them are homeless. Unfortunately, it’s a city-wide problem, so you’ll find it elsewhere too. They aren’t scary, they just want to be left alone and in our experience, don’t cause ANY problems. Remember, you have a warm home to go to, THEY DON’T, so personally I’m giving them some compassion.

General Area; it’s quiet here. Sure, there is a little bit of freeway noise, but inside the complex grounds and apartments, it’s quiet. A BIG plus for us. It’s Terra-iffic Willow Glen for sure!

I had lived at Terra Willow Glen (formerly Hidden Willows) for 3 years (Aug 2014 - Sep 2017) I have nothing but pleasant memories of my time there. Christine and Alex were super helpful and accommodating of whatever concerns/issues I had. Even during my move-out they were extremely helpful, patient and worked with me during that stressful period. During my time there, whenever there were any work requests, it was addressed speedily and adequately. Sam, with his cheerful disposition, was always super helpful and did a satisfactory job on the work orders. Terra Willow Glen is a complex where the neighbors are friendly and everyone greets you with a welcome smile. It is always great to be able to come back to a warm environment where you feel that you belong. TPI Management have been working on renovating, upgrading and remodeling the apartments as well as other buildings such as the leasing office and the gym. I could see the fruits of their labor whilst I was there. Overall, I believe that Terra Willow Glen is in good hands and that the management will continue to maintain and improve it, thereby ensuring that it remains the gem it has...

My husband and I have lived at Villas Willow Glen for a year now and are renewing our lease. We absolutely love living here! It is a very quiet community and we love all of the greenery and well-kept community. It is absolutely beautiful and feels so peaceful. The gym is a little small but it works for us when we can have it to ourselves (which is almost always). We love the pool area and have always met sweet neighbors there! We have had a couple of minor maintenance issues but they were always fixed very promptly. The communication with the leasing office is wonderful and someone is always there and/or answers the phone for any questions. Linda, the property manager is amazing! She is very responsive and works hard to make sure we are happy here. I can say that we are very happy living here. I rely heavily on reviews and definitely write reviews when I am super satisfied and we absolutely love living here! I would 100% recommended living here if you like a quiet and...
