if I could I would give this place 0 stars I immediately would, first of all when I entered for the first time I was not greeted or helped at all, and the only worker was on her phone and calling someone, and note that the store was completely empty. I ended up buying a sweater but I didn't realize that I was double-charged until I got home. I also realized that the sweater had holes in it. A few days later I went back to the store because I wanted to see if I can get my money I was double-charged for. I didn't go back sooner because the commute is quite far away, I had only visited the store originally because I saw it while driving. When I came back, I asked if I can talk about the double-charge and I was told by an associate to talk to the manager, which was the lady from the other day that double-charged me and was unwelcoming. So, I begin talking to her about the matter and she says that she "doesn't remember about it" and that "she can't help me". I even showed her the sweater and receipt and explained to her how she charged me the wrong amount. She was very accusative and kept taking it the wrong way even though I tried de-escalating the problem multiple times. She asked me for proof, I told her to check the cameras since there was one above the resigster so we could see if I was telling the truth. She made up an odd reason stating that she can't? So she finally tells me that she can give me store credit for the amount that she charged me double for. She wouldn't give me my cash back for such an unprofessional error. Her associates were rude and even accusative as well. They weren't even in this situation to begin with but tried to make things worse. When she gave me store credit, she took my receipt from me and ripped it up and tried to take back the sweater. So you were going to only give me store credit and still keep the money you incorrectly charged me? WHAT A JOKE. Overall, please don't visit this store if you don't want your money to be stolen and charged a ridiculous amount for...
Read moreThere was a hooded jacket I saw in store. I walked up to checkout and spoke to a lady. There was staining on the hoodie as well as two buttons that were coming off. The hoodie was priced at $15 with no “as is” tag (which I had noted on other items). I showed her the damages and attempted to negotiate down the price to which she said no. Most of the items at this thrift store were overpriced whilst being heavily damaged. I would not recommend this thrift store, I found higher quality items today for much...
Read moreId give this plave 0 stars if i could. Ive always have a Very bad experience her. Ive been donating to this place a few times, and the lady that takes in the items is so rude. She doesn't help you take in the items even though it's heavy boxes and she sees you struggling. What bothers me the most is that she tells you to take the boxes all the way in as if she didn't get paid to do that. Took my stuff to goodwill today and they are so much more appreciative...
