If you like quality- donât bother. All I got was a dip powder set and reg powder for 118? Dip powder set said $55 in the store but she charged me an extra ten for what reason I donât know? I used my real nails, she didnât cut any cuticlesâŚwhat was the extra ten dollar charge for? And still tipped u $10 smh my gel looked cloudy right after I left- hours later I saw one was lifting of my nail bed/ went back.. she said my gel was fine and sheâll just put glue⌠excuse me???đ I asked her to do it over all the way- left, less then 5 minutes later my nail was cloudy- another nail was lifted, and she left residue all over my finger - didnât file my nail correctly. She literally asked if I had picked at my nail or if I used âgel or somethingâ? Bc I came back the next day with braids in my hair? I will never step foot in this place again. I spent $130 only to have to go to another shop all over again to get a new dip powder set bc these are lifting after only ONE DAY. Get your quality up so it can match the prices! . Iâll come back and add pictures of my nails when theyâre redone so yall can see the difference. My nail techs ainât never did me dirty like this đ this what I get for being to lazy to drive further out....
Read moreI normally donât leave bad reviews, but I had such a disappointing experience I felt I should warn others. I had a 9:30am appointment for a full acrylic set, showed up on time, and was told the techs were running late and to come back in 30 mins. I didâand still had to wait another 15-20 mins. So he was basically 45 mins late almost an hour.
When the tech finally arrived, he said he couldnât do the design I wanted because the airbrush wasnât workingâeven though the design didnât require airbrushing. I showed him a simpler design, which he hesitated on but agreed to. I clearly asked for acrylics, but he ignored me and did gel x instead. Then he used the wrong polish, and I ended up asking for just two nails to be done with the design.
He seemed annoyed towards the end of the service too, and even cut my cuticle so badly it bled. I was charged $100 for a service I didnât ask for and a design I didnât want. Definitely wouldnât recommendâespecially since gel x is usually cheaper and takes less effort...
Read moreiâve never left a review like this before, but this experience genuinely deserves it. it was my first time at this salon, and i left completely disappointed. before they even started shaping, i made multiple attempts to explain how i wanted my nails. i spoke up early and even during the process, but instead of listening, they ignored me and pushed my hand away. from the very beginning, it felt like they just didnât care.
in the end, they cut my nails way too shortânothing like what i asked for. when i calmly pointed it out, the woman (her chair said ivy) didnât take any responsibility. her âsolutionâ was: âsorry, the nail is too short now⌠i can just paint it clear and you can wait outside for it to dry.â yes, outside.
the attitude, the blame-shifting, the complete lack of professionalism â iâve never felt so dismissed at a salon. i left feeling upset and frustrated....
