
Update: Interesting the reviews are almost all above 4 stars. 217 reviews, majority are over 2 years old; something doesn't add up. I've had two crappy experiences out of two times here.
Recently saw a show here and there were no seats; but they claimed it wasn't sold out (saw seats with multiple kids to one chair). Poor management. There was nowhere for us to sit, tons of people standing in the back.
Could be a great place with a little money put into it. Theater looks cool on the inside. I get it's historical, but something has to change.
Seats need elevated and replaced. Speakers are to pitchy, with no mids/lows. Your back and butt will hurt if it's longer...

We were downtown walking and talking to the different shop clerks and my wife brought up The cute theater on the corner they told about it's history and just so happened there was a concert going on that night. It was Ty Herndon which we loved listening to back in the day,so we bought tickets for the balcony. The building is old but welcoming we walked around and looked at it's history . We picked our drinks and went up to our seat ,yes ,seat it was like a love seat. It was well broken in but fun. Loved the show . When we go back we will look into events...
   Read moreLove this place! Super cute! Really awesome! However, I do wish they were a little better at not over selling seats. I watched a play there with my friend and they had some seats blocked off for social distance stuff. Nobody sat in those seats obviously. Got about halfway through the play and a family of like 8 came in and took up all the seats and were obnoxious. The play was fantastic. The usher or whatever asked them to move and they did not and that was the end of it I guess. But other than that I've never had a problem. Really...
