I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Paul Charette, and I feel it’s crucial to share my story to prevent others from making the same mistake. I went in for a chemical peel to address some minor hyperpigmentation, but instead of improving my skin, the treatment left it severely damaged and scarred, making my condition far worse.

Within one day of the treatment, my skin started burning intensely. Despite following all of Paul’s instructions carefully and using the products he gave me, the pain only increased. I reached out to him multiple times through calls and texts, hoping for guidance or an explanation as to why my skin was reacting this way. Sadly, my messages were completely ignored, and I was left to suffer with no support.

Instead of the radiant, even skin I was expecting, my face became scarred, irritated, and severely damaged. My skin barrier was totally compromised. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and the lack of response from Paul only made the situation worse. To add insult to injury, I also bought the products Paul recommended, thinking they would help heal my skin, but I ended up throwing them away - they were completely useless and a waste of money.

All in all, I spent over $1,000 on the treatment and products, only to end up with scarring, pain, and a ruined skin barrier. That’s over $1,000 down the drain.

The worst part of this whole ordeal was the abysmal customer service. I scheduled follow-up appointments twice to address the severity of the damage, but both times, Paul stood me up. No apology, no explanation whatsoever. Just complete disregard for my concerns.

It’s clear to me that Paul Charette cares more about making money than helping his clients. The celebrity endorsements are misleading, as they likely don’t realize the real risks involved. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone, especially if you care about the health of your skin. My experience was a complete disaster, and I’m still dealing with the aftermath.

I am writing this review to forewarn POTENTIAL OUT OF STATE CLIENTS. I scheduled and paid in full for a laser service for Saturday 4-19-25. I received a text message from the establishment on 4-17-25, that the laser is broken and I will need to contact them to reschedule. I am a reasonable person and understand there are unexpected things that happen. I explained to the receptionist that I received the cancellation text and I am an out of state client. I can't reschedule due to my work schedule and this was the only time I had available to travel to their state from the west coast. I requested a refund since I am not the one cancelling the appointment and they were unable to tell me when this particular laser would be ready. In fact when I asked when will it be repaired I was told perhaps next week. I stated I cannot rebook a plane ticket with such uncertainty. I then requested a full refund and was quickly told that they have a non-refundable policy. Again that policy is if I cancel not the establishment. This was only brought to my attention after being told only a manager can refund me. Once I spoke to the manager they stated I can only receive credit from their establishment. Seriously after this unprofessionalism do you think I want to utilize this establishment. I wasn't even offered another comparable service at the same cost. I am currently disputing the charge and will get my attorney involved if necessary. My first red flag should have been that they did not ask for a deposit, but the full amount upfront. I tend to avoid businesses that do this because it is a sign of poor financial health, but I wanted this particular laser service and at the time it was not offered in my state.
