Gyro Bros — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

I wish I could give zero stars. I stop by this establishment quite often on the way home from work. I went there yesterday and a young employee named Aiden got my order incorrect. I ordered a large Greek salad with extra toppings. When I got home I noticed a lot of toppings were missing ( no olives, no cheese). I called the establishment back and spoke to Aiden and he apologized for the inconvenience and he recalled these toppings were missing because he said he misunderstood my order and said he would leave the manager a note to give me another salad free on my next visit. I stopped by the establishment today ( next day) and the manager was there. I explained what happened and he asked if I had a receipt. I said no I was not given or offered a receipt. I went through their drive thru for my order. I took a photo of my salad after I called yesterday but I must have deleted it in error because I couldn’t locate it to show the manager the salad I received from Aiden. The manager said Aiden did not leave him a note (which I don’t believe) and said he is in school so he couldn’t call him. Mind you school is out as it is 4:30pm. The manager said nothing he can do and he was very dismissive about the entire situation not trying to make anything right. I really enjoyed getting their Greek salads but not at the expense of bad...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently dined at Gyro Bros restaurant, and I must say it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the warm welcome at the door to the incredible flavors on my plate, every moment was a true culinary experience.

Biggest issue is the flavor of the food. When I buy a gyro I want lamb not beef. The menu stated that the gyro meat was a combo of the two. The woman at the counter told me that you couldn't taste the difference but this was probably the biggest lie she told all day. It tasted like I was eating a lightly seasoned hamburger. Which the fact that the seasoning wasn't flavorful was a shame within itself. I now understand why they put such a big emphasis on the sauce, it's probably the most flavor you will get out of the meal but I don't eat tzatziki sauce so that I can taste the flavor of the lamb. I only gave it 2 stars because the service was fast(which might have more to do with the fact they were empty... wonder why) and the woman at the counter was nice. It really deserves 1 star because the food is entirely underwhelming. Worst $12 I've spent on food in a long time... will not be going back... FYI I couldn't even bare to finish is... and it's a shame cause it smells so good, it just doesn't taste as good as...
