I wanted to give this location all great reviews but I can’t. If I can rate their customer service a NEGATIVE ZERO I WOULD. Customers come first and this is the issue with many restaurants because when it comes to making things right they will go back and forth with you before accommodating you.
Our office was so excited to have CAVA for lunch. The delivery was on time and I was more than happy with that. Once the food begin to be setup I was scared because with 45-55 people it wasn’t enough proteins, rice nor sides. It accommodated more of 15 people. Most restaurants will make sure the customer is provided with extra food when it’s a catering order. The pan of chicken was small not even full to be a small slim dish of proteins, rice and sides. Not only was I embarrassed but we had so many people complain, hungry and when I reached out to Jody G the sales manager she argued with me vs helping me. We spend over $700 for food to barely get enough to comfortably feed 15 people. Food was gone within 10 mins of it being setup.
Do NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR CATERING. They are STINGY WITH THE FOOD, WHEN YOU PAY A LOT YOU WILL NOT GET ALOT. YOU WILL NOT GET FULL PORTIONS OF FOOD. YOU WILL GET SMALL TOPPING NOT ACTUAL CATERING PANS FOR A CATERING ORDER.
THE MANAGER WAS NOT HELPFUL NOR OFFERED TO AT LEAST BRING US A LARGER PAN OF CHICKEN, VEGGIES, RICE, LETTUCE AT LEAST. THE PORTION SIZE WAS SO DISAPPOINTING MEXICAN RESTAURANTS PROVIDE MORE FOOD FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE TOTAL AND CHARGE LESS. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ACCOMMODATION, COMBATIVE, JUST OVER ALL THE WORST EXPERIENCE GETTING FOOD CATERED. Not to mention she said it was my fault I ordered wrong. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A PAYING CUSTOMER AND CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED BETTER.
This is no way this was enough food for 15 people let alone 45 people. Disgusting behavior. She DOES NOT NEED TO BE A MANAGER. STOP ACCEPTING CATERING ORDERS IF YOU WANT TO BE STINGY WITH THE FOOD, HIGH PRICES BUT ALSO TAKE THE CUSTOMERS MONEY. The FOOD PORTION SHOULD BE IN LARGER PANS IF A CUSTOMER GIVES YOU A RANGE OF THE AMOUNT OF FOOD THEY ARE FEEDING. Save your money and go with a company that will give you a better portion size for over $700. ITS ROBBERY AND YOU AND YOIR TEAM WILL STILL BE HUNGRY AFTER.

Read moreIf anyone has read even a small sampling of these reviews and still goes to this location I would strongly suggest one schedule a mental competency test to be performed. Cava is so far below the level of food quality and service of the company they acquired, Zoe’s Kitchen, that was previously in this location.
Many reviews and much time has transpired for Cava to fix this location, and they show apathy.
And worse than the inperson reviews, one should be grateful they are not a victim of their horrendous catering execution offsite. Not uncommon for catering order to travel in a 420 hotbox by their 3rd party drivers.
In addition to the many negative reviews on long wait, cold food, forcing customers to use the app to order, notice that management doesn’t even care, and does not take the time as google provides for a merchant, to respond to any review to apologize or give a followup contact number or email for the reviewer to do followup. That is a very uncaring, aloof company.
In addition to this reply being a benefit to the customer, it also provides a softening of the harsh reviews to the reader and shows management cares. Clearly Cava does not.
It is sad to see how flawed their customer service/food quality concept is and how they destroyed such a great restaurant operation of Zoe’s after they acquired the company several years ago. I had to dwnload app then inconveniently order. Yup we got used to others just clicking buttons for us. To have to add an app on my phone, i did not like at all. I still gave it benefit/doubt. I shouldnt have. I tried looking for a spot to sit and every spot was dirty. Ona nice day i even ckd outdoor and they were all fithy. It being empty i didnt get it. I just grabbed some napkins and wiped myself. When i walked in EVERYONE was on their phones. Everyone! So unsanitary. But my @$$ cont to regretly order. No hell no nothing just more than 4-5 ppl on their phones. It would've been easier to walk to next restaurant. Then i went to bthrm and just everything was not up to par. Shockingly being in sandy springs. When i came out my food was onthe counter. It was half of what the picture shows of how it "should" look. Very disappointing. And everything was so cold. If your grilled chkn is supposed to be cold ok but ilk. Disappointing that most of the stuff i wanted as well was outoforder. No corn. No cucumber. No hummus. No romaine.
