When you have unexperience people working in your business it goes into the ground fast. My family and I stopped by Moe's Southwest Grill on 863 Flat Shoals Rd SE Conyers Ga at 6:30pm on September 1st 2024 worst experience ever. We walked into the business no welcome to Moe's or nothing to all three employees just playing back and forth with each other. If I walk into my business and seen that I would have FIRED all three which I am a business owner and my wife an attorney. There were three young African American in the restaurant 1- male with braided hair tired back 2- male with a small afro hair style 3- female with glasses on playing hitting the male with afro then the other male going over to join in the playing they was doing. We stood in line never was helped period. Do yall know that they kept playing as if we wasn't there in front if them. So my wife ask are yall going to help us or not the male with the small afro nodded his head I'm coming but they kept playing so my family and I walked out. MOE'S have lost my money and respect to your competitors I will not visit MOE'S again because of the BAD TREATMENT. As long as they are working there your business will not grow the way it suppose to. Read moreI don't know anything about the work atmosphere but this is the parent company for Moe's. I had a God awful experience and then complained to the BBB, Moe's online and the manager of the location. Three weeks went by before I finally grew tired of being ignored and I had to research the parent company and call guest relations. I was told that they don't respond to BBB which is a HUGE red flag for any business but explained why I had not heard back. They stated they could not find my online complaint in their system and they had no idea why the manager of the location had not returned my call. After a very large catering order went horribly wrong I actually located an interview online from last year where Bruce Schroder explained his plan for success and mentioned how important back of the house operations, such as catering was to his goal. Someone needs to let him know that these locations are failing. It troubles me so when corporate perception is so far removed from the actual experience. Read moreWent in on my birthday to get a to go order. First of all I was made to feel as if I was paying you so that I can Beg for food! I literally had to keep asking if I could have another scoop of everything I asked for. He kept putting a third of scoop on the bowl, as if I was a toddler! Then asked if I wanted chips when I said yes. I was given a bag of chips with crumbs a a few whole chips that are stale! When I returned back in the store I was told" oh that's how we give chips out now." No apologies or anything. Moe's make you feel as if you are begging for food that YOU are PAYING for!!!!!! Like how is this place still in business!?? The food was atrocious and service was absolutely no better. They were more interested in continuing whatever conversation they were having then actually trying to hear my order. Hence is why I kept asking for a spoon full of rice and not a size I would give to a 2 yr old. Never again. And I will encourage EVERYONE NOT NOT NOT to EVER go here!
