I'm here all the time. The pavement in the lot is very poor. The homeless community is very active here. The locations I've visited so far are the Starbucks, Subway, Planet Fitness and the donut shop. Lock your cars and be careful where you park. All of the establishments I've been to here are alright and I assume any one who frequents this area does so out of convenience...
