Peroni Pizza — Attraction in Santa Ana

Worst experience ever don’t order here I ordered a hour before going , online and I got there to see why they were taking so long and while I was there the phone was ringing and no one bothered to answer and they were not even busy . I called the customer service were I ordered online because the pizza spot told me they didn’t see my order pop up and they said they canceled my order because no one was answering at the pizza spot. I told them my kids were expecting pizza and it is not there fault they workers were not answering if they can give me at least pizza or anything they had made they said no that it’s not there problem and they couldn’t do it because they pay the online company were people place orders. They did not even care after I told them I left my kids hungry , they customer service online called them while I was still there telling them if they can give me something at least they lied and said they didn’t have anything and were closed while I still seen two gentlemen walking in getting pizza and the ovens still had boxes of leftover pizza . I had a bad experience today almost 1 hour after ordering over the phone. Even when I got there people were ordering in person and still got served before me even though I ordered ahead of time over the phone. I can't find a way to complain to the corporate office because they don't have any way to contact them on their website. My fiance likes this place but I don't think we're going to buy pizza from here anymore. Little Caesar's is way faster and just as good. went to this place and the wait was long but it’s understandable because they were busy. what wasn’t understandable is how one the girls told her coworker the “breadsticks weren’t ready” and she still served them to me and two other people. i called just wanting to inform them and switch out the breadsticks and when i went to go exchange them and had a girl yell at her coworkers about me complaining about my breadstick. super unprofessional and food hazard....
