Pomeroy's Muffler Shop — Attraction in Santa Ana

I first found about this place from google searching, then called to see if they were busy, they said no and told me they would help me upon arrival. I was one of the first to show up, as i walked up and specified what i wanted to be done to my vehicle, he put me aside and helped somebody else that had barley arrived after me. After 30 minutes went by, i asked him if he can do the job for me, then replying with, " i cant im helping this other car and your car is to lowered to be drivin onto the lift". It wasnt a difficult task and gave me irrelevant answers. He wasnt professional in which the manner he helped me and pretty much denied a job that corresponds to what a muffler shop does.
