Small shop with a little bit of everything. Well-stocked with the basics, and that’s where they really shine. If you’re just after essentials, it’s convenient and reliable. But when it comes to specialty items or customer service, it falls short. Service used to be better. Now it feels like the staff are burned out, possibly due to the difficult environment around the store, like the nearby homeless nodding off. That said, it doesn’t justify the lack of patience or transparency. If a customer asks about a product you don’t plan to carry, don’t sugarcoat it or tell them to 'check back next week' unless you’re actually getting it or send them to shop that "might" have it. That just feels like a tactic to get people back in the door, even when you know the item won’t be there. That’s not honest — it’s misleading. Would easily be a 3–4 star shop if they worked on their attitude and gave clear, respectful answers to genuine customer inquiries. Great smoke shop the dude is really cool and the prices are awesome! I came in to ask about a charger for my e-nail and--like most if not all my local smoke shops--they didnt have it in stock of course.
