October 28 - Great to see Ann today (Thanks again Ann)! 😊 She is amazing, and she quickly caught the cartridge while reviewing the products (my bad-wrong selection/purchase) over the all-in-one I had wanted to purchase! She immediately helped me out and corrected it. She also adjusted the stronghold total to reflect $25.00 off my total (using 800 of my FOTF points!!). 💪🏼

Still the best deal, with the prices consistently at 40-50% off as well! The Farmacy remains the premiere dispensary in all of SB, and the staff regularly provides exceptional assistance and service. The team working here are all genuinely so knowledgeable, and happy to share their expertise and answer any question. I use this Xanadu on the reg, and have never once been disappointed. If it were the only place in town to buy MJ and products, it would STILL BE #1. Just like my little brother. Update (5/23): Unfortunately it is not worth to come anymore😕 prices have skyrocketed to minimum $35/eighth and $75/eighth for the higher-quality brands. Would not recommend for SBCC and UCSB students. However, the older crowds might not care to spend the higher prices for the same brands. Compared to clinical prices, it is financially better now to purchase a $40 med-card and pay the clinical prices. Just drove from IV to pickup when I found their prices are not only much higher, but when I finally got to the front of the line their card-service went out and the employee said it could be 1hr till the service is back up if I wanted to wait or run to the atm. Honestly I’m just not down for Farmacy SB anymore. They cater to a different crowd. However I will wait to see the result of the transaction.

After about 20min I figured the card service would be back up. The line had grown to three times the size from when I first got there. I asked the security guard if he could call a supervisor to help me get back to my transaction. Ryan and the security guard were helpful to my plight and had me seen next so that I may return to my transaction. Although I may not return, the staff are truly the gem of this place.

(5/18) Love this place. The staff are very friendly, mature and treat you with a gracious respect that I value. Farmacy has a wide range of marijuana products, but I have personally only purchased flower here. Thankfully, Farmacy has a large range of prices for various flowers, which helps financially-poor college students like myself obtain their product without bruising our wallets.

The price-range of flower is $20/3.5g to $65/3.5g. Although I rarely purchase above $30/3.5g, I’m sure the higher-priced...

I usually come in about once a week but the past few times I have come in have left me feeling anxious and awful after entering the facility. Prices are expensive and I have found that Coastal not only treats their customers better but they also have a points system and weekly deals. Yelling at a customer for opening what they bought to take a quick look could have been done in a better manner especially for a regular customer and I myself as a manger would have handled the situation differently. A different manager on a different day as well made me feel unwanted and upset after purchasing an order online I left my wallet/ID at home (Carpinteria) and they told me I couldn’t have my purchase bc I couldn’t walk into the store without ID even tho they know my name and see me every week they wouldn’t let me simply take my package that was already paid for which resulted in me heading to Coastal where they understood completely and helped me out! Sadly this regular customer is cutting ties and taking my 200$ weekly and spending it at a different location. I understand there are regulations but the situations definitely could have been handled better and for so many places to by weed from don’t let your customers feel this way after visiting...
