Dollar Tree — Attraction in Santa Clara

Worst Dollar Tree in area. The shelves are always half empty, items are falling off the shelves, the floors are dirty and littered. Parking is usually difficult. Although we live nearby, we have stopped going here. The Sunnyvale and Campbell stores are cleaner and well stocked. D T corporate is shooting themselves in the foot with their pay shopping carts. I will not search in my purse for a quarter, too much hassle. ................................ Update 5.19.24 Still the worst Dollar Tree. Not wanting a long drive to Campbell, went there recently. The paper shelves were almost bare and stuff littered the floor as usual. Decided Not to check out because the 1 line was all the way to the back of the store. I saw a checker in another lane and asked if she was open. She said no, I'm closing. OMG, a huge line and only one check out lane. The Campbell store is cleaner, better stocked and better parking. Sunnyvale has gone down hill almost as bad as Santa Clara store. .......................... Update 7.15.24 Again, the line was all the way to the back of the store. When will I ever learn. It was close and I only needed 1 item. I left my cart...

LOST MY PHONE!!!! 😱 As I was lost in looking at all the Arts and Crafts supplies, I set my phone down to smell a pumpkin spice candle….distracted by the Office Supplies in the next isle, I absent mindedly left my phone. As I continued to fill my basket with goodies, I reached for my phone to call my wife and discovered that I didn’t have it!!! I’m a panic, I frantically ran up and down the isles try to remember when I had it last. I was 5 isles in to my shopping when I was stopped by a woman who asked if I lost something? “My phone” I said with a shortness of breath…”Oh, a lady found it and took it to the counter” “THANK YOU! “ I exclaimed as I dashed to the cashier and asked if someone turned it in. With a smile she reached under her counter to and handed me my precious iPhone. I’m all it’s beauty, it lit up with my 49ers screensaver. Relieved and still needing things from the Kitchen section, I continued on… Thank You to the Angels 😇 who kept my phone safe, so that I could write...

I just came to this store to buy some party things, there were a long line, so I asked the cashier if she could call for help, because it's so hot in the store and we had musk on, but the cashier refused after I asked twice. The person who was behind me also asked same, and at very moment, the line up to 15 persons, and a guy walked out of office looked at the line, said "if you don't like it, you don't have to come." And when I asked for the office business card, he refused to give it and said his name was sherlock Holmes. I walked outside the store, the person who was behind me had a word fight with someone in the store, they called police just because she said some tough words. I went back to ask for their Corp phone#, they told me to leave. This is a terrible service I've ever seen in Dollar tree, and there are so many dollar stores around, find a...
