They will attempt to make room for you if you do not have one, so just call ahead. No dip powder or acrylics done here. The host is very cognizant of the health of her team. You'll be greeted by Thu and get to listen to the delightful sounds of a babbling fountain. She will also take your purse to help you settle in and offer you a beverage (water, coffee, tea). Sassy nail became my favorite nail salon after the very first visit! The owner Thu is very involved in all of the operations, makes sure you are happy & welcomes everyone with open arms! The salon is always very clean & everyone is very friendly. Plan ahead because they see customers by appointment only & can get very busy up to 2+ weeks booked out depending on the time of year. Thu will always try to accommodate you no matter what & typically has a waiting list in case any spots open up earlier! Sassy Nails is the best nail salon I have found in the Santa Clara/Sunnyvale area. The owner and the people who work there are friendly and professional. The owner greets everyone by name and offers them water, tea , or coffee while getting their nails done. The quality of the pedicures are top notch, and look good for a full month. With the regular pedicure you get a scented scrub, and a hot stone massage, which is relaxing and soothing.
