Even one star is too generous for this place. The service was horrible as soon as we sat down it felt like we were not welcomed. Stopped by here only for a quick bite so we only ordered 2 dishes and 1 appetizer and the server looked at us like we were poor. The portions looked big from the photos and between our group it was more than enough to fill us all up. Server gave us looks and questioned why we didn’t order more (red flags already). She came back later with cups and bowls and just threw them on the table while knocking down the bottles on the table. The “bowls” were not even cleaned properly, still rice from other customers on there, but we didn’t wanna say anything as we knew it was rude to complain about service when we haven’t even eaten yet. Server comes out later with the dishes and as expected, big portion (may be the only thing they did right), but food was mediocre at best and was definitely not worth the price they were selling it for. Asked for a to go box and was charged an extra fee, didn’t even know it was an extra fee until I went to go pay for it and the lady was still trying to charge more when I told her only 1 to go box. When I went to go pay I noticed that the amount was not matching up and noticed they added “extra” fees for “service” totaling more than our total dishes combined and with the extra fee from the to go box so I gave them no tip and the service wasn’t even good and the food couldn’t even make up for it. So I gave no tip and mind you I must’ve released hell because this lady chased after me and demanded a tip as if saying she had to “clean up” after us. We left our table organized as we know how inconvenient it is to clean up after people when you’re busy serving tables as it is. But even then she demanded a tip so we ended up giving her $40 in cash as she was acting super crazy and yelling at us as if to embarrass us in front of all their customers. Mind you the AUDACITY to ask for a tip while already charging us more “hidden fees” was just mind blowing. But all in all, we walked away. I will never come here again and I am writing this review in hopes to save people from coming here to get scammed when you’re just trying to have a meal and employees are rude and service could’ve been better. Hopefully they do better in the future and the extra $60 they got from us will hopefully make them reflect on themselves as a business and be better people...

Came in around 9 pm order takeout. The server is not wearing mask, nor is she putting it on when talking to me the entire time I was in store.
I ordered a bibimbap and Kalbi tang and require no mushrooms on both order. The server took down my order, but not writing the "no mushroom" down. So I repeated once more, she said ok (but still not writing it down).
I bring the food home, and realized that the soup was spilled (I didn't drop the bag or anything, the lid was not fully close). So I bring the order back. They poured the soup from the plastic bag to the container, and leave on the window for 10 mins and asked me to wait (pretend they are remaking the order), then gave me the soup that's spilled. The lid of the contain is still wet.
I went home, open the food, there are mushrooms in both of the food that I order, not surprised. Food is average, the veggie in the bibimbap is bitter. The service and the hygiene are not something I would...
Read moreBe careful! They try to rip you off!! We ordered Kimchi stew for two people which was $60. They asked us if we wanted multigrain rice so we said yes. We also order pork cutlet($22) which usually comes with rice but it didn’t come with rice so we asked “doesn’t this dish come with rice?” And they said “yes, do you want multigrain rice?” And again we said sure. At the end, the total came to be bit more than we expected so we asked for an itemized receipt( they first don’t give you itemized receipt). We found out that they charged us $6+ tax for 3 rice when all of our dishes were supposed to come with rice. Then they told us that the multigrain rice is extra charge… I’m Korean and have been to many other restaurants and usually they don’t charge for multigrain rice and when they do an extra charge, they ask you when you order…!!! and even if they do it’s like a dollar. Not $6+ for three free rice we were supposed to get. I don’t think I will go back to a place that’s ready to intentionally...
