Paradise Biryani Pointe — Restaurant in Santa Clara

My self never put reviews... We are also running resturants and stores ... Subject:- [ Bad experience of Manager Prabhakaran and the server Anupam refuse to serve Hot water to my friend.] Outside is very Cold today...Dec 12 Dinner... We are regular customers... We went to celebrate birthday. of our friend ... Manager raises high voice among other customers for not serving hot water un civilized server staff rude, no hygiene T- shirt looks like from cow mouth not iron properly no respect to the customers and no hospitality staff need training and hygiene.Putting both the hands in the pants pockets and was talking to us ....no sorry no apologies...What is the use of degree no knowledge of service hotel management don't know how to to talk to the customers..This type manager are good for road sites construction and kitchen helper or dishwasher sorry to say this cause what is the use of putting Restaurant not serving hot water please close your restaurant and put supermarket....

We called our X friend staff of Paradise Biryani Point supposed join and eat with us ....But my friend called him and told the story... The Manager refuge to serve Hot water that is why my friend not join our table...Once we enter the restaurant for dinner only 3 tables were there my friend throwt was scratching so he ask for hot water . Server Anupam said we are not serving hot water in the restaurant. My friend told him please tell your chef my throwt is scratching I need hot water my friend was coughing 😫. Other friend said if old people come to your restaurant you also refuse for the water.Anupam said we are not serving. After some time an other server was serving some food to the other table my friend called him and ask him are you Goan he said yes Please give me glass of water my throat is scratching the server Goan said OK Sir we put water in the microwave to make it hot 🔥. We said OK. The manager was passing by we ask him .Are you the manager he replied yes. We ask him what is you name he replied why you want my name what is the problem. We told him to server hot water he refused to give hot water. So my friend ask the Mobil number of the Pradise Biryani restaurant owner he said he is not here. He replied Im taking care of the restaurant.Then my friend said we are Indian when ever we go to the restaurant we ask hot water or tea .Please give me hot tea then also he said we don't have tea .Manager Prabhakaran replied this is America and not India . We ordered our appetizers and food to the server Anupam. .. The manager Prabhakaran stop the service and gave us to go box containers you can see in the pictures...He told us to go out from the restaurant...[ We not done anything wrong we are asking hot water ] My friend about to call 📞 the Police but I stopped ✋️ him ... we were trying to get Mobil number of the owner of Paradise Biryani Point .None of the staff given us.... This is the worst experience 😪 we have in the Paradise Biryani Pointe in Santa Clara..We will not visit it again until and unless the staff is changed. We know old Staff and new staff from Paradise Biryani Pointe in Fremont Mowry, Milpitas and Santa Clara... The food is nice delicious as always but not like fremont. Fremont naan Biryani curries are more delicious...even service with Spanish lady We pay the bill in cash and also given a nice Tip because the new Goan boy server serve us the Hot 🔥...

Paradise Biryani Pointe is a classic case of how most Indian establishments lack any regards toward customers satisfaction. The management seriously needs a review of basic etiquette in customer management.

The incident relates to an order that me and group of friends placed to-go with them. We ordered at about 7 pm, which still isn’t their peak traffic time. During the call, we were informed the order would take about ~30mins, which is a perfectly reasonable estimate. We reached at about 725 pm and checked in at the cashier to see if our order was ready. We paid for the order and we were informed the order wasn’t yet ready and would be about 10 minutes more, which was still within their initial estimate. So we decided to wait it out there. We checked back 10 mins later, and were told the order was still not ready and would be 10 mins more. Fair enough.

We decided to wait patiently, and finally about 15 mins later( aware of the delay they were making) we checked back with them, and this time they tell us that the order was ‘misplaced’ and that it was sent to kitchen recently. This was appalling as we had already waited almost 30 mins at the restaurant to pick up an order. The cashier wasn’t even apologetic and was just trying to explain her point over and over. Eventually, about 10 mins later, the order finally arrived. And the person handing the order didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

Just a sincere request to the management- if they are really honest about the service improvements that they will just to changeover their management style and take...

I was a regular customer of Paradise Biryani Pointe but would not recommend parents with kids to ever eat at this restaurant again after today's takeout experience and the response from the manager. I had the worst customer experience talking to the site manager "Prabhakar" at the Santa Clara location. He claimed to be the Owner of the Restuarant also. He had an attitude of disrespect for kids and agreed that their restaurant don't accommodate kids' spicy levels.

This restaurant is good to eat once in a while if you are an adult but if you are eating regularly from this restaurant be cautious as it will affect you and cause acid reflux issues. Their kids mild is equivalent to other comparative Indian restaurants high spice levels.

Food: 2/5 (Extreme Spice levels - food hazardous to your health) Service: 2/5 (Slow takes 45 min for 4 items) Kids friendly: 0/5 (Negative cannot even accommodate the change to spice levels)

Every time we order the food they mess up the order one way or the other but we still kept going for good friendly service. Today the manager's extreme attitude lost us with his rude and don't care...
