Got there today right at 12pm when they opened. There was a handful of people there right at opening so the two staff members hand their hands full. I’m a first time wanna be aquarium hobbiest. Got my first bowl and needed plants, chemicals, hard scale and fish. No one greeted me and the place was a mess since I think they are rebuild half the store which is great if that’s the case. The stock was low on everything. Could be because of the remodel, drop in business from coronavirus, or just because it was the end of the week. After I asked for help, the young white guy with shaggy hair was very knowledgeable. But being a brand knew hobby for me, he might as well have been a talking parrot. Read moreI would leave zero stars if I could I have been going to this store for almost a year and have spent over 900 dollars at this store I recently went with a friend and bought over 150 dollars in supplies and plants, they accidentally put someone else's plants and fish into our bags we didn't realize untill we got back by then it was already 8pm and we had school the next day today when I went back one of the person working there came over to us and said hey I don't know what happened but I know you too extra stuff and it's not cool, it's basically like stealing, we have given you so much free things. The only free things I got was snails and floaters the employee calling me out has never given me anything. In fact he charged me over 10 bucks for pest snails and a few pieces of floaters. They wanted us to pay 70 for something we they made a mistake on, they got their cash register stolen recently maybe they should be trying to get that back instead of trying make some kids feel bad. The owner was in the back chilling on a chair, why shouldn't the owner be addressing this but a employee. I won't be going back after they said pay...
Read moreInfinite Aquarium; Owner(Jimmy) staff(Ryan)(Steve) To the endless possibilities of products to the greatest and most importantly. Quality over quantity, hardy livestock/plants that are available show that all who are involved here are above&beyond & not just as local fish store. But passion, love, knowledge & enthusiasm to the hobby all carried here show that it’s more than just that. The atmosphere just draws you in especially with all the spectacular display aquariums to look at. Glad I live in such amazing aquarium community here in the Bay Area. Highly recommend to get at them for any of your crazy fish inquiries, aqua scape necessities or questions an guidance thru the hobby. Definitely a place with all the infinite aquarium possibilities that go thru your mind can/and/will be here for that. Again, so thankful and blessed to have a place like this here when there isn’t very much local fish store as I remember as a child. Brings back...
