Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Parking is a lot that is secure and well maintained. When we arrived, we found amazing signs with great information. Even before entering, we were able to get to know the price which is charged flat rate per day and varies based on weekends and holidays. The $35 charge although expensive, we found it value for money because we can cover the theme park, public beach, Santa Cruz Wharf, bowling, shopping, city landmarks and restaurants all in one place surrounding this parking lot. The parking ticket can be paid at the kiosks onsite, however, we went with the most preferred and convenient way of using our mobile and scanning the barcode to pay thereby skipping the line. This large parking lot is asphalted with marked spaces for each car. There is enough room in each lane to offload your beach stuff such as kayaks, surfboard, beach cart, tent...

Fun place, great rides. Lines are pretty long and pretty crowded but all around it's a fun place! Only downside is the cost is kind of steep if you buy ride tickets best bet is to get a unlimited rides half day or full day wristband and go on more than enough rides to pay for itself. We parked for under 2 hrs in their lot across the street and the kiosk charged us $25. I'm sure if we stayed a longer stay it wouldn't have been too much more I think its probably a $25 minimum charge. Other than that it's right on the beach and you get a beautiful view of the Pacific ocean from the top of some of the rides. If you've never been it's a must do for everyone...

Because there are not much meter parking spaces on the street (don't park in residential area where no meters, they are for permitted residents only, you will get parking ticket if no residential parking permit), the meter parking spaces are expensive and only 2 hour limit parking (you will need lots of quarters and need come back refill meter before it expires). This parking lot is the only one here near the beach, you basically have no other choice. Spaces here are bit small, and crowded lots of time. Good thing is this parking lot is very close to the beach (broadwalk), it is only across-street away. Flat rate for all cars.

Smooth asphalt centrally located in front of the Boardwalk. It is a well illuminated lot and works on money or credit cards. Hopefully some of the cameras from the theme park are looking at the cars to monitor them. There is actually another huge lot toward the end of the property over by the river that you can check if you don't find anything in this one. Good luck finding a spot!

We didn't actually park there. We parked down the road a bit. However, there's plenty of spots on almost every day of the week, so feel free to come down here. It's thirty dollars, but even the self parking areas are twenty to thirty dollars. Parking lot is clean right next to the boardwalk and has easy access in and out.
