Went here for my anniversary and for me, it was a terrible experience. We were told that the late time would be taken off the bath portion and it was not. They took it off the massage. Which for me, was the most important part. They turned on the steam and it completely ruined my hair for dinner. They were aware that we came for our anniversary and that we had an expensive dinner to follow. We were told we would be able to get ready for dinner there and they didn’t even have a mirror. The man therapist moved my clothing and personal items without talking to me first which was completely inappropriate. Our bath had some kind of red package floating in the water. I told all this to the front desk and we left right after the massage. She didn’t do anything. She just said okay. Overall, it was a horrible experience and a refund should have been offered since we couldn’t enjoy experience or anything we came for, it ruin our other plans, we couldn’t get ready for dinner and they didn’t even try to course correct. A little over one hour at that price, ruined dinner plans, therapist doesn’t ask about pressure, and no apology or refund for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t personally recommend.

Telling the customer that you will accommodate and then not doing it is not okay. I did tell the lady at the front desk that I needed a mirror, she did not offer one. Touching customer items without their permission is not okay. Not offering to do anything once you know there is a problem is also not okay. We received about one hour in that room but paid for the whole service. We made it clear in advance that the massage was important to us and we were told that us being late would be accommodated by taking the time off the steam/bath since that wasn’t the service that was most important. The owner has replied, but has not made this right. All of this had an impact on the rest of our plans and something could have been done that day. I came November 5, 2017 at 8pm as scheduled. 1 st turn off was they quoted me a price of 21 dollars over the phone but when I got there the girl at the front desk tried to charge me 27. When the most they charged for hot tub and suna is 25 on their website. But she ended up giving me the 21 price which was followed by "I will do this for you this time but,next time your price would be 27" just so you know! as if I was trying to cheat them or if I will ever return here again . Second the room wasn't ready, keep in mind I called them at 12 pm to book this appointment. So one of the therapist go into the room to clean it with a dirty mop and on top of that she does a half ass job cleaning. Now I had started my hot tub experience 10 minuets late because of it and they didn't give me no extra time because due to the fact.I get in the room to find out that the trash can was filled with junk and my dress fell in it. These people just didn't know that I had canceled my appointment with well within spa just to come here and I deeply regretted. This place looks great and all besides that everything in the room was made of quality until you get to the hot tub and its made of plastic that kinda feels greasy from the last person, not to mention the black looking mold stuff around the 3 ft sign and then pulling up to see that their is a bunch of homeless ppl hanging around the parking lot and when you come out the place you see a new crowd of ppl mostly teens hanging around the entrance , not relaxing nor do it give a safe feeling . Read moreI found this place in early 2020 and got a chance to go and loved the service and quality and wanted to bring my partner, tried that same year and some things came up that prevented it. Fast forward to a month ago I was able to make an appointment for today (March 27 2021) and I was so excited! I took a screenshot of my booking confirmation and moved on with planning, getting everything ready. I was looking forward to the Gemini package as I have never had a professional massage and just used the hot tub last time. I work and live more than 20 miles out with no car so it takes a lot of time for me to get time off from work, got a hotel with the whole trip revolving around being there. I was extra excited so I showed up at 9:50 and waited outside. The gardener came by and cleaned the area. We waited. And waited 10:30. That was when our session was going to start. 10:45. Called. Nothing. Odd. Checked appointment on website and it wasn't there! I know I wasn't imagining it so I looked up the screenshot on my phone. MY APPOINTMENT WAS REMOVED without my notification, and it made me sad I spent all this time and money and requested off. I called again at 11:00 and 11:15 and still nobody answered so I gave up!
Feel a tad gaslit because at first I thought I booked it wrong but I have evidence I didn't, so I am heartbroken that after waiting over a year, because I had been interested just before the pandemic, that I didn't get to show my love this beautiful place.
I dont know how to get a hold of a business that isn't answering their phones and it makes me pretty devastated I wasted my time I will never get back waiting...
