Something has changed. Floor coverage is poor tonight at 4:30 for one thing. It was Taco Tuesday (which last time was $2 per taco now $2.25), the few occupied tables were being covered by one lady. I wanted a Modelo draft and it was empty and the waitress said she had no time in which to set a new one up...then I got a fairly big bone in the last taco that I was eating...had no appetite after that, left the last half of the taco. Told another waitress about it and asked her to tell the cook to check their taco meat to protect others...no offer to comp that half-eaten taco. Oh well. I mainly come for the tacos and draft Modelo since my husband had not been interested in going here since a couple of months ago the carne asada was nothing like it used to be and he was extremely dissatisfied. Why wouldn't there be someone who could have at least changed the tank on the empty Modelo on a Taco Tuesday at Happy Hour before it got to busy?? It was too much for the overworked waitress who was trying to get help from others who I believe were working in the kitchen. The coverage all started arriving at 5:00 which helped for that problem. C'mon Maya...we've made a few attempts to give a second or third chance. Something has changed and I wish it hadn't. The tacos were great until I had a bone in my mouth, the Modelo has been empty other times in the past too. My star rating used to be a 5...I would've recommended everyone to eat here before. We used to bring all of our out of town guests in often. I'll check back in a few months but I'm not expecting...

Loved to come here in the past. Food was always amazing. I usually get the camarones a la diabla which is fantastic. However, this time service and my meal werent very good. Delivery driver couldnt even come to the door. He called, which we missed because phone was in the other room. Then instead of just coming to the door he called back to the restaraunt and had then call us? Honestly, I was luckily headed back to the room so i head it but we disnt answer your call, so what makes you think we would have answered theirs? Just saying. And honestly, whats different than you coming to the door v.s. us coming out to you? Not gonna have any less chance of getting corona virus either way. Laziness at its finest. Complimentary chips/salsa is $3 which i get, less business means less money no conplaints there. Only that we paid for it and they forgot it. They did come back however so a plus for that. Get the food, sauce from mine is spilled all over the bag which was apologized for. My wifes food was good. However, mine was not. Dish usually has a nice thick diabla sauce, this may as well have been red colored eater this time. Both the shrimos texture and taste was that of shrimp that has been frozen too long in my experience. There was bell peppers which i were never in it before. And thhere was pieces of the tough skin around a slice of ham in there as well that were basically not chewable. Most of the ham was also very tough. Overall unpleasant and im very...

Had a really bad experience today place an order to be picked up at 12pm wait all the way to 12:45pm for it because the cook said it wasn't ready when I asked the lady on the phone that I placed the order with how long it was going to take she said no more than 15 minutes I placed it ahead I actually placed it at 11am they were rude and did not say sorry I wanted too cancel my order and get my money back at 12:30pm but the lady said I had to wait for the other lady so she could cancel it because she did not know how to I got stuck waiting for my order 12:45 pm I received my order and said I will not be coming back the lady that gave me my food said OK thank you this is bad business never going back to this place the phone number on receipt was typed in wrong but I scribbled it out because I don't want anyone's...
