I can’t say enough good things about Forgotten Felines. Their cause is extremely important to reduce the feral cat population in Sonoma county with care. All the people I met at FF were beyond amazing. I had a stressful issue with my cat during the trip there. Every person at FF came to the rescue and were so kind and helpful. I’ll never forget the graciousness of all that helped me and Moon. Many of the staff are volunteers with much passion and believe in what they do. I donated additional funds and will continue to do so. I am also donating household goods and clothing to their wonderful Pick of the Litter thrift store in Santa Rosa. Many thanks Forgotten Felines!

F.F. has been helping me TNR with ferals on our property for 20 yrs now, 25+ cats! 2 of my ferals were ill & needed help crossing over, F.F. was there. The kindest most compassionate people I have EVER met. What they do for the ferals in our community is beyond measure... They truly care for cats! 🐈🐾🩷 šŸˆā€ā¬›šŸ¾šŸ©µ

I salute Forgotten felines for their low cost spayed and neuter program but was very disappointed with my last visit. They are obviously overworked and patient load high which I am also used to as a nurse. I had an appointment for three cats but two went into the same trap. I called them and asked if I could bring all four and they said yes so I dropped off the cats and paid my $200 for four cats when I went to pick them up, they said they were ready but when I got there, they said they weren’t and I waited an hour when they return the four cats to me they had not fixed one. they said they weren’t able to get to it. They were too busy and over work by all the people who didn’t have appointments and couldn’t keep the cat for two weeks and they could fix it then well as you know a feral ca wouldn’t know where they lived after two weeks if I took them back, so unfortunately, I released this cat without being fixed they didn’t even microchip it or give it vaccinations. they kept it in the trap for 8hours and never touched it. I had five different people. Tell me different things one said it had had a shots. Other one said yeah it was micro chipped. The other ones that I could bring it back tomorrow. But when I got it, it had none of it shots and they told me I wasn’t able to bring it back tomorrow to me. This was unjustified to the poor cat. Will I ever be able to catch it again? I don’t think so. I thought the customer service was very very poor, and nobody knew what they were talking about because they all told different things if I had done this to my patients as a nurse, I would’ve been fired. These poor animals are...

ā€œForgotten Felinesā€ has an irony in their name, because despite the continual births of cats that never asked to be born, and unfortunately suffer because of human indifference, small rescue groups like this spend much of their time cleaning up the perpetual callousness of the rest of us. They are some of the unsung heroes of society. In blazing heat, or other manner of extreme weather, they are out there trying to stave off starvation, poisoning from rodent extermination, diseases and all the other sadness that befalls cats. They have not forgotten them, and by stoically having their name on a sign, they ask that we...
