I passed by there on my way home from a dermatology appointment in Sarasota right where Bee Ridge Rd intersected the highway and some car had a item fell of the back of there vehicle and I was on a ambitrans van my driver was trying to swerve away from it but the item went under our left side where the gas tank was and ripped part of the fuel tank apart and gas leaked while we were still mobile.
