Saugus Auto Mall — Attraction in Saugus

This was my first experience with Saugus Auto Mall. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about an hour away so I made two appointments in the area to see two vehicles at separate dealerships. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Alireza, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Alireza as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off right away. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. After speaking with Alireza I cancelled my other appointment with the other dealership. Alireza went above and beyond when I had questions he promptly got me the answers. Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. Financing also was painless. I met with Mike and he took all my info and within a day I had the financing I needed. So I am 20 years old got into an accident where car was total loss and needed a new car, Saugus auto house was down the street so went to go check it out, saw the Audi A4 2012 test drove it liked it and everything but price was a little high, I did my research on the vehicle value and told them I wasn’t happy with the price they are trying to sell me and if they would give me the car for 15,000 i would defintely seal the deal and buy the car, Alireza told me “come in tomorrow and we will make that happen.” So I was excited to buy the car for a reasonable price because I told them since they asked about a down payment, I wanna put 5,000 down to finance around 10-11,000 for the car he said yeah no problem, then when I was signing for the car, he starts to switch the price of the car saying this and that but my payments will still be that same I said okay. When I asked if the warranty and the title and registration fees were included he said yes everything is included here. At the time I was very pleased because I assumed everything was going good. Then when I get call from the bank I got the loan from they told me my balance was 16,050. Saugus auto house basically took my 5,000 downpayment and said they put it towards my title and registration fees and towards the warranty. I am extremely I pleased with them because when I told them you guys told me you’d sell it to me for 15000 with a 5000 down payment and everything included they asked if I was high and crazy. This was probably my worst car buying experiences because they were did not do what I asked and say they don’t what I say....

I've recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Saugus Auto Mall. Overall, I had a great experience dealing with this business, as the staff and owner are very friendly, and were helpful every step of the way during the buying process.

For the most part, I dealt with Linda, who is extremely friendly and doesn't hesitate to help you with your situation as presented.

The sales person told me everything about the car without me having to question it, the car was always ready when I came in for a test drive, and to look at it further, of all three staff that I dealt with, each one of them were extremely helpful and offered suggestions such as trying a different loan company because I'll get a better rate (which I did).

Another thing I found extremely important, was that for the most part, it wasn't crowded when I went in, so I received fast service, and often got seen as soon as I stepped through the door, which is unheard of at most car dealerships I've been to.

I'd highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle purchase, and in the future I'll be coming back if I plan on making another purchase.
