Staples Print & Marketing Services — Attraction in Saugus

I like this Staples. Everyone here is very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially at the Print and Marketing section. Staples is VERY lucky to have Danijela at the desk. I swear she lives there. (LOL) I am in the process of having an addition put on my home AND I can't tell you how many times the plans have been changed and she was always there when I had to go in to make yet another set of copies. She is attentive, knowledgeable, funny, and detailed. As aggravating the process was of me constantly having to make this changes (which are not cheap). She helped me laugh about it and always checked to see if I could apply a discount code that was in my rewards account. On a side note the store is always organized and clean and I purchase all my canon ink there...

I went to Staples to have business cards done for the first time. I really struggled at home trying to get the whole thing going. I went in to the Saugus location and wow am I glad I did. The nicest woman helped me and literally went above and beyond to help me. She guided me through the process and suggested ideas and gave her opinion on what would look best. She did it all with ease and patience and I couldn't have been more pleased. She truly made my vision come to print. Without her I probably would have given up. At 7:15 in the morning I had ordered some blueprints for two jobs I was working on. A few hours later I got the email stating they were ready. I was in and out of Staples in less than 5 minutes.
