0 stars on restaurant. Honestly guys WTH? Ppl leaving 5 stars for the restaurant have no flavor senses. We ordered 2 tortas one cubana and one breaded chicken filet or milanesa and 2 gorditas. The milanesa was a pathetic excuse of a chicken filet, it was thin as an x-ray. No salt and flavorless. The cubana was decent. The gorditas size was on point but again no flavors. This food was made without love. The techniques are great but no seasoning no flavor not even salt. Not even the salsas had salt. Price for the Cuban torta was 10.00 and it was not worth it. Tacopatio had a much bigger and better for the same. The gorditas each for 4 dollars is ridiculous. Overall the restaurant experience was plain ol garbage. Will not ever again eat the food. I’ll rather have Taco Bell. Much better flavor there. When you call to order the food you have to wait so the cashier from the store goes to tell the cashier at the restaurant.

The actual mini supermarket deserves 5 stars. The meat is super fresh and high quality. The carnitas are soo good that they sell out by 10-11 am. You can find a whole bunch of harder to find brands and ingredients not only Mexican but Central American. There is sooo many Central American pops/sodas to pick from. I love coming...

No prices are really listed. I can buy the same 3 items 3 different times and get 3 different totals. If I need ingredients in a crunch I'll buy from here. If I need to go to a store where I'm sure they will have the ingredients I need for my Mexican and Puerto Rican food, I'll go here. If I have time, I go to Tony's first though. The customer service here is awesome and the food from the taqueria is great as is the fresh meat, seasoned and unseasoned. The food is great and all... but I went in the meat department the other day with my sister-in-law. I ordered some meat and the guy working there was talking to us. Obviously I did not think much of it, it was a nice formal conversation. Until he started to make the conversation uncomfortable he was asking us what we were studying and "if we can teach him somethings" and asking us if we were married or had boyfriends.
