2025-26 season update: Got a new Bataleon Push-up Plus and their new Fase Bindings. I always get the best deals here and will never go anywhere else for a snowboard as long as these guys are around. Definitely the friendliest snowboard shop on the east coast Thanks again!!

2023-24 Season update: I came in to find a board that was a bit shorter for me, and ended up deciding on the Bataleon ThunderStorm 144. Board looks awesome, and they helped me out with my binding adjustments and put them on the new board for me. This place really has some awesome customer service, they even remembered me from my first visit last year. They definitely make you feel welcomed and treat you like family here, if you're looking for a snowboard in NJ come to this store, they will help you find what you need to have a great season!

I just got a Bataleon Evil Twin 2022/23 model here last week. I live about an hour away and was looking for a place to pickup a new board in person, the online shopping for a board was too difficult with all of the options. I called up and whoever I spoke to took a lot of time to tell me multiple models that were available in store in my size, and assured me that I would most likely find the perfect one if I made the trip. Glad I took the drive, got the board at a good price, and they even swapped my bindings from my old board for free. I really appreciated the thorough time taken to explain the difference between the different Bataleon models and what made each one unique. Definitely happy with my purchase and really appreciate the good customer service here....

If you need anything snowboarding related, look no further! Out of Bounds is by far the best snowboard shop I have ever been to. I had a huge issue with my old snowboard boots. They caused me great pain and discomfort and gave me a lot of heel lift. I went to lots of shops before and couldn't fix my issue of finding a proper fit for my super narrow feet that didn't cut off my circulation. At Out of Bounds, Jackson and his staff spent 4 hours helping me try on and find the perfect boots. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I felt like I was right at home. During my four hours at the shop, I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge Jackson and his staff have. When prompted my a customer's question about gear, Jackson was able to clearly and efficiently explain the specs of any given board regardless of company, model, or year. Additionally Jackson enthusiastically shares advice on which mountains to shred in the United States and abroad ( you might even learn of some hidden non- touristy locations). He truly knows it all. His shop should be anyone's go to.

I went riding at Hunter Mountain the other day, and am in love with how my feet feel in the new boots. The fit is amazing; no pain, no discomfort, no heel lift. Everything about our experience here was bad. My son picked out the snowboard he wanted to rent. The store told us it would be ready for us to pick up in a week because they had to set the bindings. When we came back a week later, his board was not available because they had given it to someone else. We then had to wait for over an hour while they had my son pick out a new board and fit the bindings for him. When my son went down the mountain for the 1st time, the bindings broke. We had to pay the ski shop at the ski resort to fix it. Now it's the end of the season and I have come to this store twice during their posted open hours, but the store has not been open. Calls to the shop didn't result in any special messages saying that they would be closed. I will...
