China House — Restaurant in Scotch Plains

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant because it's hard to find good Chinese food. I ordered an orange chicken combo very spicy. The flavor of the food is excellent, the pork fried rice was on point and freshly made, the orange chicken was a bit mushy more on the softer side. If they can fry the chicken a little bit crunchy it would be perfect. The eggroll I'm not a fan of but it was okay. I enjoyed the food, and that will be my new goto restaurant...

Ordered from here a couple of times. The Chinese food is below average. It’s a weird texture; the rice is too sticky and the flavors are off. The Thai food is not really Thai food. Very unruly person who took the order. I wanted to make an order for delivery and he was so rude and hasty. I made my order and when I was paying, he asked for tip which I said I would prefer to give in cash, he then said no, that it is mandatory to give a tip with my credit card and if I can’t proceed with giving the tip, he had to cancel the order.
