I recommend for the sake of civil justice to not book an event at this facility. I had made arrangements over the phone with Joe to host a brunch party to celebrate my 80 year old mother’s birthday. I was quoted $700 for a room that holds 100 ppl. When I arrived on site to turn in my $200 deposit I was out of the blue quoted an additional $225 to have a police officer present for the event.

When I had a friend call later that day to ask why a police officer is needed Tony stated it was because they have had incidents of fights on their property. However, my friend confronted them on the call that they don’t always require police for events. He admitted that they only require it if they feel it is necessary and that even a 90 year old could get in a fight. According to Tony only christenings, baby showers, and bridal showers are tend to be excused from including the police presence because it’s a different type of occasion. I don’t know what type of events Tony ends up hosting at his establishment but it won’t include mine. He never said it was because of my dark brown skin that he decided to add the charge or authority, but it was definitely not mentioned until he saw me.

Either way the price doesn’t include any servicing ( you clean and set up), no linens or decor are even available to be provided , no decorations allowed on the walls, no use of the kitchen, and you have to live with supporting a business that heavily discriminates. GREAT experience!! Joe kindly returned my phone call after leaving a brief message about the event i was looking to host. There were NO issues with any of the staff. No one bothered or harrassed us during the event and there was always someone on site incase we had an issue. Mark helped us out and was pleasantly friendly! Actually he was awesome and im so glad we had him there to help with small things. This was a great experience for me and my family and the pricing was GREAT. The best price around especially during these trying times. Will certainly book again when needed. Thank You...

Great place to rent for an event or party. I had my son's first birthday party here and we had a great time. You get the space all day (9am to 11pm) with someone there to tend to any additional needs you might have. We rented the bottom floor which got 4 stars because the lighting was a bit dim. Overall...
